"The service is very good, and the facilities are also good. During the epidemic, you must make an appointment in advance. It is especially thoughtful. The pool disinfection work is done very well."
"The hotel environment is very good. As the itinerary was full, it was not fully experienced. A little regret"
"Very good hotel, service is very good, help parking, breakfast is great, highly recommended!"

"Ideal for families with children; there are numerous children's activities. The kids club is small but has general facilities and functions; it is not open all day, two or three hours in the morning or two or three hours in the afternoon. The new children's pool is great, not big but it is hard for families with baby. After all, there is a large pool next to it."
"Although the hotel is a bit old, the hardware, sanitation and environment are pretty good. But the service is really helpless, especially the managers in charge of various departments. Basically will never go again. I also have a new understanding of the four seasons."
"There are many activities in the hotel. But be sure to make an appointment in advance! Especially riding!"

"This hotel is simple yet refined located in a central area close to Ascot. It has a combination of older clean traditional style rooms and then a newer modern wing that feels more commercial. The gardens are beautiful and worth to have a Gardenview room-the service is outstanding and feels very modest and welcoming. The staff members were all accommodating and friendly- specifically Maddie and Bruno - no status here- just kindness. The food was quite good the breakfast was wonderful especially with made to order eggs. If you are looking for a smaller traditional hotel this is a wonderful option however please note that there are no spa facilities no swimming facilities and a very small exercise room. Also the hotel is undergoing some very light construction upgrades which look to be quite simple however would suggest making sure that it doesn’t interfere with your stay."
"Stayed at The Royal Berkshire Saturday 15th February 2020 after going racing at Ascot. From the time we stepped into the hotel until we left we were treated fabulously. Just like to mention 3 people that stood out and that was Lilly, Chloe and Martin who even though they were young in years were very professional at serving us. The breakfast was brilliant with a wide range of choice for every need. This hotel was in our top 5 of hotels we have stayed in over the world even beating the 5 star luxury hotel we stayed in in Singapore last year. Will definitely being staying again soon but they are fully booked for Royal Ascot this year which is a big shame as we will have to stay elsewhere. Thank you again all Andrew & Sharon Smith xx"
"This is a difficult review as I really wanted to give 5 stars... However, the lack of a spa or pool was a bit of a bummer... We went for a friends wedding so venue wasn't really a choice.. Location is lovely and the gardens are very pretty even in winter. Service was lovely and the staff were absolutely excellent. Room. We had a "cool room" and it was spacious with a lovely view of the garden, quiet and the stand-up shower and bathroom were great. The lounge bar was very relaxing and again service and drinks were excellent. So really it's the facilities that just let the overall visit down, nothing else. If I could have taken half a star off for that I would but trip advisor doesnt allow you to do that."

"My husband and I stayed for 1 night at the Aviator hotel as a birthday treat for him booked by family. We had a standard airside room and upgraded to a suite for £100 for the night. It was pretty reasonable as upgrade prices went up by £25 per upgrade so there was a lot of option. The room itself was lovely, very clean with great amenities. One small issue was that we had Prosecco/beer delivered to our room along with a happy birthday plate with truffles on...by a concierge who clearly had a cold and his nose was dripping! We did not eat the truffles ! We had dinner included in our package, with a set 3 course menu giving 4-5 options per course. Food itself was absolutely delicious and got better with each course. Starter: husband had the sweetcorn soup which was lovely but got cold quickly due to it being presented on a massive bowl. I had smoked trout with pickled ketchup and rye bread. Good but very small portions in terms of the beetroot and pickled ketchup compared with the trout so each bite wasn’t quite equal. Mains: husband had butternut squash ravioli and said was really delicious and moreish, no complaints at all. I had the rump steak (£7 supplement) cooked perfectly to medium rare, seasoned so well with the best chips I’ve EVER had. One small comment was that when the waitress was clearly up selling sides, and we said no thank you to any extra vegetables, her reply was “oh not feeling healthy today then”....wasn’t too impressed with that comment! Dessert wise we both had the Irish coffee revolution (I think name wise) which a baileys dessert which was a set mousse, chocolate etc and was so delicious. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, a really enjoyable stay and if you like planes you will love it! Stay airside and you see private jets landing and taking off it’s great! "
"Visited Sunday 1st having made a booking 3 weeks ago. Glad I did given the imminent lockdown. Enjoyed an amazing roast, we had pork (on the bone amazing!) and beef cooked to perfection and the gravy was simply delicious. All expertly served by Amber who was able to recommend the starters we chose after we were deliberating...She literally couldn't have done more to enhance our visit. Thank you Amber. We felt completely safe at the Aviator. Everyone was wearing masks etc. Although I do feel for the staff having to work under these restrictions. Plenty of sanitizer available and the whole hotel looked spotless so a shout out to the cleaners! After lunch we enjoyed cocktails in the Skybar. Again social distancing was evident, loved the Pandas everywhere and we felt very safe. George helped us choose cocktails and he knew the menu completely. Very helpful. I even saw the card machines being sanitized in both the restaurant and bar! Will definitely return again."
"I stayed at the Aviator this week. A great hotel with a large clean room. Staff are attentiv, however, I must make a special mention to Sylvia and Megan who where both on the check in desk when I arrived. In my opinion they went over and above normal service levels to resolve my situation, even making me made me a cup of tea whilst working on what was going on with my reservation. These two members of staff are both a credit and an assett to your company."

"I came to premier inn having need of a place to stay while my bathroom was being ripped out and refitted. I arrived after booking to a very grumpy unhelpful lady who I now know was one of the managers. I made the booking as a double room accidentally as I needed a twin for me and my son. The manager didn’t want to help to start with but after much persuasion she finally did something to help, at her disgust from the looks of it. Put me off straight away. The company redeemed themselves after a very friendly and helpful Holly looked after me and was willing to meet any requirements I had. Sasha another friendly and helpful staff member was there also to help with my tea requirements (as did Holly too). Holly and Sasha both saved the face of the company in light of the bad experience I started off with. If you stay in the Farnham site you can be sure you’ll enjoy your stay providing you are met by one of the afore mentioned. Thanks guys!! Legend!!! Tim"
"Staff were all polite, check in lady was very cheerful which was welcoming as I was checking in at 11pm. Room was sparklingly clean and had good tea and coffee making facilities as well. WiFi was quick and easy to connect to. The hotel is next to a road and retail car park but I didn’t hear a sound in my room. Breakfast was nice the next day, you walk a few feet out of the Premier Inn to the Beefeater next door. If you book an unlimited breakfast then you can order as much as you want and the server brings it to you as opposed to going up to a buffet. Lots of social distancing and track and trace in the restaurant as well. Great value for money overall and I would recommend staying here as it’s cheap and clean. "
"Superb hotel in Farnham, only a little fridge would be helpful in the room. Very clean, comfortable, and good location. The staff were very helpful, the room is quiet. We booked our family room 2 months in advance for £160 for 4 night which is very good value. "

"Stayed at Sandhurst Premier Inn at noon for 1 night for a Wedding at Rivervale Barn16th February. Receptionist was helpful and all smiles and said we could wait in the Beefeater so that we could relax, she offered to book us a taxi, which pleased us and after a short while came into the Beefeater to say she had found 3 rooms for us to relax after our journey and wait for our taxi.. We reccomend this Premier Inn as it is in a good location for London. We will definitely use this Premier Inn again."
"I stayed here recently when I attended a wedding. It was really good - staff were friendly and helpful, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. The choice of pillow softness is inspired."

"The service since the first day has been absolutely splendid. If there was anything that the hotel could improve on, it would just be to have someone at the reception at all times cause sometimes the phone calls went unanswered. Other than that, beautiful lobby, great gym and other facilities worked well. One great assistance was how the hotel provided us with a fridge since it was needed. Lastly, the food was sensational and definitely something to try. "
"Breakfast is good. Clean and tidy, not too far from the main street on foot from the train station. We are going to visit Charterhouse School. Friends recommend living here in a better condition than the town of Godaming, and it is convenient to eat. Please ask the front desk for a taxi to school in the morning."
"The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and the travel is very convenient. The environment is generally good, the room is larger than central London, and the double bed room is more comfortable. Ctrip's price is much cheaper than the store, very affordable."

"The hotel rooms are small, the price is high, very old-fashioned, eating and shopping ten minutes outside the road, five minutes at the bus station, very few cars, half an hour at the train station"
"Simple breakfast, small children can live, what room depends on the extra bed"
"Friendly staff, great service "

"We had our wedding here in Feb 2020, absolutely lovely!! We visited 8 different potential wedding venues before selecting this hotel as our preferred choice. The country setting, the ambience and the delicious food combine to create a great visitor experience. The feedback from our wedding guests was all very positive about the event. Of great help were Dawn & Louise who helped us plan our reception and Dori and his team who provided us efficient and professional service on the wedding day. We would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good food, accommodation, ambience and service."
"Booked for Christmas Dinner At Stirrups Hotel. The whole experiance was very good and the lady that dealt with the booking was very professional. We paid up front and although there was two sitting they were in different area' s at the hotel. So guest were not standing around waiting for a table to clear which we have had in the past. Onto the food and service. The service was excellent the staff freindly but extremly professional and nothing was too much for our party. The food was brilliant very tastey, well presented and plentiful. thank you Stirups for a great family Christmas Lunch"
"We booked to stay here for a last minute half term break. So glad we did, a wonderful find! Our family room was in an outbuilding away from the hotel and it was beautiful. The hotel have invested in antibacterial material on door plates and handles which was very reassuring. Our room was spacious with lovely views across the gardens. We didn’t have breakfast here as it finished at 9.30 which was a little early for us on our half term break. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. A wonderful break that was much needed this year."
