The hotel was great and gave me a great surprise. First of all, the location is very good, located on the pedestrian street of Qilou Old Street, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play; Secondly, the hotel can afford the name of the architectural museum hotel. The interior of the hotel is beautifully decorated, and the wonderful gray plastic can be seen everywhere. The layout of the room and the furniture layout also make the living very comfortable. In short, I am very satisfied with the stay and will come again if I have a chance.

Special thanks to the manager named Steven whom I met in the lobby. I came to watch the New Year's Eve concert. Steven was very patient in helping me with transportation. The hotel staff were very polite, including the breakfast room and the staff who delivered meals to the room. They are all very welcoming and nice. The important thing is that it is very quiet at night, which is very friendly to people like me who are picky about sleep. But there is one thing: when I checked in, I asked the lady at the front desk what rights and interests I had, and she said there were none. When I made the reservation, I saw that there was a golf experience. Although I didn’t come here for this, but! It’s a fly in the ointment!

It's really good. The service staff are warm, polite, thoughtful and meticulous. Xiao Ke contacted us before checking in and made thorough arrangements. Chen Lina was very patient and meticulous from check in to check out. The experience was perfect. The hotel also specially arranged a shuttle bus for the New Year's Eve concert. Although I didn't take it, I still thought it was very considerate. After leaving the hotel, I was given a souvenir from the hotel, and the color happened to be our IBO’s favorite Yibo support color, green. All in all a very nice stay. Welcome fruits and afternoon tea are also arranged.

I have previously stayed at the Sofitel in Haitang Bay a few times so am quite familiar with their style and service and I have to say Sofitel. haikou actually exceeded my expectations. Considering it is just in a tall building, they've done a very good job to give it a 'resort' feel. They've achieved this through really excellent customer service and with decent facilities. The rooftop pool is nice and has sunbeds around the side (not really visible in the photos). I always value a gym in a hotel and I am a lift weights alot and I would say this is one of the best hotel gyms I've been to that isn't an actual commercial gym. It has a good enough range of equipment for anyone who regularly goes to the gym. We also had the club access and the ladies who worked in the clubroom, Kristy and Shirley were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. The level of English was also very good and I also appreciated that reception allowed me to check out at 4pm at no extra cost, which is always a good representation of customer service. Would recommend if you want resort vibes in the middle of the city.

Good location, right opposite to wanxiang city mall. Good service, thank you Ken for upgrading the room to the sea view room, which has spectacular view. The breakfast is also nice, with many options. The only downside is that Wi-Fi was not stable in my room.

I booked a room with Ctrip. I thought it was an old hotel after reading the reviews, but I was surprised when I came in. The room environment is very good, the facilities are not old, it is quiet, it is close to the duty-free shop, and it feels very safe next to the provincial government. The bedding is silky and clean, and it is a good place to sleep. I was very relieved and also gave two bottles of milk and two small lucky bags as gifts, which felt good. When leaving the hotel, the concierge Wang Mingyang helped load the car and carry the luggage. He was very polite and thumbs up.

Love our stay here .. everything is perfect.. staff are welcoming around all the hotel. Room very clean and comfortable.. the location near cdf mall .. 10 mints drive. The resort is big and perfect for holidays .. just we stay during a rainy and little bit cold weather. Breakfast having a lot of variety.. we enjoy also the dinner at the hotel.
