The room is big enough, the facilities are complete, you can cook, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and the backyard is green grass. I feel that the proprietress is Filipino, very enthusiastic and diligent. The only fly in the ointment is that it is close to Highway 1 and the noise is louder.

It cost $125 for 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom and a kitchen area. It was clean, the bed linen and the bed were good, and it had sky tv. It's so cheap because it is been around for a while and could do with a new paint job, and because SH1 is on one side and the railway on the other. But I slept well and I was impressed that when we arrived at 9.30pm the lights and heating were on in our unit.
