Very nice place to stay. Lots of stuff to see within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice view from room.

Some artists are from all around the world; some are Tacoma's fine artists, skilled in locally producing art using techniques learned from Murano, Italy. Quiet rooms remind weary travelers that, ”Silence is golden.” Sweet dreams and wishing you, too, many happy Murano Memories!

The noise without air conditioning is okay. It is a domestic three-star hotel and there is not much food around.

There is no place to pull up your car to check in. Once I managed to get inside, the person at the counter didn't greet me. She was extremely unfriendly and robotic. She didn't even wish me a good stay - just rudely dismissed me by calling the next person in line. We were four people with two rooms. One set of our keys didn't work, and when I went to tell her, she acted like it was my fault. Room service was adequate and the restaurant staffer on the phone was nice. The rooms were clean, but the climate control was extremely noisy - as were the other guests upstairs and in the hall. We could hear traffic outside (we were on the 2nd floor). The king bed and the pillows were comfortable. The pool was pretty small and not that deep. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. It was close to the airport, and that's why we chose to stay there. The location was convenient when we had to make a very early flight out.

Next to the airport, it is 200-300 meters to walk. You can drag your suitcase and walk for 5 minutes, or you can wait for the shuttle. The only thing to note is that check-in is free after 2 pm. We didn't know in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 12:42 and gave an extra $20 for early check-in. There are far fewer takeaways here than downtown. The little brother who checked out the next day was not bad, so he let us take the shuttle and left. The bedding is good, the room is big enough, and the takeaway will be delivered directly to the door of the room.

Nice, decent, clean hotel with breakfast included and free parking. About 10 minute walk from Washington State Fairgrounds, while downtown Puyallup with restaurants and bars is about 20-25 minutes walk or a short drive. Rooms and bathrooms aren't the most modern but everything was very clean and comfortable. I was happy to get a room overlooking the trees (the other 3 sides of the hotel overlook either the parking lot or road). So I had a nice quiet stay. Staff are quite friendly and efficient (although they had a big line up of water bottles at the front desk and when I asked for one she said oh there's water bottles in the room, not mentioning that they are $4 each. If the water bottles at front desk are only reserved for top tier elite Bonvoy members maybe they should hide them out of the way, in my opinion, but that's just a minor point!)

Nice and comfortable airport hotel. Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand. Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient. I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch. I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

The room is clean and the service is good, however, they are still hiding behind the ”we cant service your room because of Covid” excuse. Which is now an old record especially as many hotels have got back to full service. The thing which really lit me up was after a 4 day stay for $570, ”It is against company policy to call a taxi for the airport” however they will give you a number, which my UK cell was having problems to connect with. I asked if I could use the desk phone and make the call myself, ”no we cant do that either”. I had to call a colleague who I knew had a US cell as well at UK to call me a taxi. VERY DISAPPOINTING END TO THE TRIP.
