I really like a bubble hotel that satisfies to blow the wind, watch the sunset, watch the stars, and watch the sunrise in the wasteland. The buffet is full of Arabic and European and American flavors, and the food is abundant. In the dim night, I feel that the moon is on the roof. When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I see is the blue sky and the misty white clouds. I feel happy in an instant!

Not as tall as expected, it's okay. But the weather was terrible the day I went, with strong winds and hail in the evening, and the hotel was powered off several times during the night. I don’t know if it was due to extreme weather. When the power was off, the bubbles began to collapse and I almost thought it was life-threatening. It's a pity that I didn't see the sunset and starry sky in my imagination. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner.

I assume this hotel near the Visitor Center through which you access Petra's visit is not a good hotel. The services considered the presumed area are in average if not slightly higher.. What does not work and I found quite irritating is the continuous request to review (it is well understood) the hotel and its services. Everyone, from the restaurant's serveers to those working in the pool (and made us wait 20 minutes for a towel), has forced us to express a positive assessment: there are even those, without even give us time to enjoy what we had ordered, we have made plane on the table the carefully plasticized sheet with the QR codes to recense well and even quickly. Who is sure of the quality of his service does not need to ask for positive assessments, on the contrary to who knows that he is working in a discrete but not inexpectable structure should be strongly prevented by head managers, The best way to offer a service is to provide the most careful and careful service, and the best reviews will arrive without request.

A beautiful hotel, 100m from the entrance of the ”Petra” site; a very listening staff, a beautiful room, swimming pool on top, a high-quality restaurant where couple or alone tourists are placed in peace, The restaurant staff is very helpful and very helpful to see the restaurant and the restaurant.

This place is sort of a boutique hotel opened by locals and not one of the big chain hotels and it’s location (point 1) is slightly further away from the city centre and it’s located on the hillside and there is no way you can walk there, you definitely need a car to reach this place from Petra Visitor Center ( hence please take a cab ) but it was fine for us as we drove. The price we paid was somewhat expensive ( due to its peak season) but all the hotels nearby were on the high side. Rooms are exceptionally clean and it even smell of freshly laundered sheets, good ventilation and breakfast was decent. We had dinner here as well 20JOD for the buffet dinner per person and it was great on the weekend nights but on a weekday nights the menu offering is much limited. Staff are generally friendly but I was turn off by a cook named Ala’a who was attending the egg station during breakfast on 29 October - not only was he slow ( compared to the cook of the previous day - leading to long wait at the station despite less than 30 people in the breakfast place), he was also rude to guests who didn’t really speak English and even told them when they didn’t clearly place their orders- I was observing and it was really bad taste as he scowl at them and this is only coming from a cook at the eggs station - you need mind your customer service ettiquete especially to foreign guests who makes up most of your revenue. The least you can do is smile and not make your guests feel like feel bad about their language when they are ordering their eggs.

A very well appointed, pleasant hotel/resort with lovely views. Service was good and staff hospitable. Clean room and restaurant areas. Daily room service was good. Having golf carts to transport guests to rooms that were up the hill is good initiative!

I finished tour at Petra and came to movenpick to cool down and drink. I stumbled upon happy hour, 2 for 1. 😊 Really good price and the service from Mutaz.N was amazing, he really looked after me. It also came with free chocolate hour (fruit and cake dipped in the chocolate fountain) . Good vibe in the bar, highly recommend. Thank you Mutaz.N . Really Appreciated ❤️

We were in just for lunch at the restaurant/bar. Family of 6. Our food was very good—even a burger got the gourmet touch with a fried egg. Portions were large. Made a special pasta for our 4-yr-old. Our server Resha was attentive, remembered our order, and deserves special mention. Carrot cake got rave reviews—not too sweet, generous portions.

In a country that prides itself on its hospitality, Petra Palace treated me like a stupid tourist who is only good enough for her wallet. I am deeply offended. My standard for mid-range hotels is not high. I'm not surprised when the towel rack is loose, the shower only has one temperature or the breakfast is not what you are used to at home. But I do expect to be treated fairly. That didn't happen here. I traveled in a group and stayed at this hotel for three nights. When the bus, with all the suitcases already in it, was ready and we were about to leave, the manager informed the tour guide that we had soiled a towel so badly that it had to be reimbursed. Nonsense! At home, I could have cleaned this towel in my washing machine easily. Besides, who says this towel came from my hotel room? And finally, above all: if you think that I have behaved so filthy as a hotel guest, please report this to me immediately and directly. In addition, this hotel had no right to speak in terms of quality. A selection: the toilet seat was loose and the toilet only flushed moderately. The futuristic shower cabin was largely calcified, so that only 1 of the functions worked properly. The electrical connection of this cabin looked improper and risky. The sound volume of the air conditioning was particularly high. The stopper of the bidet could not be operated and was, when finally closed, leaking. The sink tap was completely loose. In all other hotels drinking water was available for guests, but not here. Several guests fell through the loungers by the pool because they broke. Towels were missing at the pool. The accusation against us was completely unjustified. Unfortunately, my husband paid the 10 dinars demanded (expensive second-hand towel!) to avoid the argument because we were about to leave. The feeling I get from it all, is that this hotel has found a new revenue model. Bah.

I was travelling with a Titan Tour of Jordan. We stayed here for two nights. Although the rooms are old. They are well maintained, very clean and supply everything that you need. The Hotel is very convenient for Petra as it is the closest to the entrance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As a vegetarian I have really struggled to eat well in this country. I did not struggle in this hotel. There was plenty of food that I could eat. Hot and cold. The food here was the best that I ate on the trip. I would definitely recommend this place. It also has a cave bar that is very atmospheric. They make a mean cocktail as well. No stinting on the alcohol. You would not think this was run by the same company as the Crown Plaza Resort at the Dead Sea! There is no comparison. This place was one of two highlights of my holiday. So thanks for giving me at least one lovely memory.

Great location, right at the entrance of Petra. The hotel feels great after walking out for a day. There are not many people in the hotel, it is quiet, it feels good, and the breakfast is good. The gift bag in the hotel is better than the outside Cheap, the quality is better than the outside, it is worth recommending. In short, this hotel personally thinks that it is the first choice to go to Petra. When people are young, the room has been upgraded and it is good value for money.
