Loved our stay as the hotel really has first class facilities: the room is exquisite. We got the executive room with corner veranda so we can sit there and enjoy the sea and pool view. The pool is impressive and the jacuzzi pool is fantastic. The restaurant serves a variety of cuisine and all the food we tasted are delicious. I love the spa too. Perfect for relaxation. It has a seaview but not beachfront although there is stairs going down the sea if want to swim.

During the National Day of China, this hotel is still off-season from Monday to Thursday. There are only 6 rooms each with 3 rooms. The hotel has direct access to the beach, and snorkeling tools are available at any time to find small fish. The hotel also has canoes for free to play for 15 minutes and get tired

I need a new vocabulary. Having previously used all the superlatives to describe other resorts, I need new ones, as this is an order of magnitude beyond all previous resort vacations. The physical resort, the food, the service, the diving, the attitude of the staff, everything. I was met at the airport, guided through the ferry terminal, picked up at the ferry landing, taken to the resort, and greeted by name, by everyone, all week. At no time was I ”just another dollar”, and at no time was any member of the staff less than entirely cheerful and helpful. I could get used to this, real easy... It's as if I were a valued guest, instead of just a customer. Imagine that. To make this shorter for those who don't want to read the rest of this... I began my plans to return on the way home. I rarely go anywhere outside of the USA twice, (been there, done that..) Not this time. I am going back and I will bring as many friends as I can. It's 14 hours on a jet from LAX to Manila, and 4 more hours after that. I hate travel, but this was worth it. I'll take Philippine Airlines again next time too. They don't treat you like cattle, sheep or dirt. I have now felt respect while travelling, and I like it! The flight wasn't so bad. I am 6” tall, weight 240, and was comfortable in economy. Free wifi, a tv with free movies, tv shows, music..etc.. a very pleasant flight, in both directions. Food OPTIONS! You get to choose. Wow. On arrival at Marco Vincent, I was greeted by name, shown my room, a crate was outside my door to put my dive gear in, it was the last time I handled it all week. My room was large, extremely clean, super comfortable with a small fridge full of water, a table w 2 chairs, a big shower, AC unit, very firm mattress, spotless soft white sheets, a 32” TV with plenty of channels and it was quiet. All meals were as good as I have had anywhere. This place only has 32 rooms, so the buffet menu is not extensive, but I always found more than enough of what I like to eat. The quality and presentation was always top notch. The quality of the food extends to the dive boat, Big Beth. They have a chef aboard and those meals are the same quality as at the resort. Remember, this is a day boat, and they have a chef aboard serving freshly made gourmet meals. (Sure beats grabbing a sandwich at Walmart on the way to the lake....) The diving itself was like nowhere else. I saw things I didn't know existed.. an electric clam? WOW! Nudibranchs, mantis shrimp, lion fish (where they belong), a few octopi, at least three, maybe five, different morays, frogfish, giant clams, miniature seahorses, scorpionfish, colors that I can't describe...more different fish than I could list in a week... Every dive was something new, and all conducted from a really nice boat, the nicest boat I saw there. Big, clean, outfitted for diving with camera stations, charging stations, camera tanks, full emergency gear, oxygen, AED. not to mention the galley where the chef w

No dive trip will EVER be the same we were sooo pampered! They knew our names from the moment we walked into the resort actually as we were getting on the ferry!! Dive team takes all gear to boat, sets us up on air or nitrox, helps putting gear on & off, dive masters for every 4 to 5 divers, helps taking off fins as we go up the ladder, hot wash towels & hot ginger tea after EVERY dive, towels and water bottles, snacks after first dive, unbelievable delicious HOT cooked lunches on board after the second dive and a cold beer after the last dive, they rinse down your equipment daily, then back to the resort for a GREAT evening meal and WONDERFUL entertainment, lots of Philippine food and cultural folk dances. We didn’t have to think/do anything but eat, dive, sleep then repeat! 8 days and 25 awesome dives later they rinse all gear, dry it all, bring back to your room ready to pack for home! Ohhh can’t forget the videos/photos taken by Rizza & Marlon! The staff at the Resort and boat are outstanding people that cater to your ever need. Thank you Rizza,Marlon,JaJa,Ghen,CoCoy,Liv,Sherwin,Christian,Ronald,Faith, and all the rest of the Marco Vincent TEAM!! I think we need a repeat on this trip!!! Definitely a first class dive trip!!

1. Hotel location: 900 meters away from the white sandy beach, you can walk along the highway for 15 minutes, or walk along the beach through a reef, about 25 minutes. 2. Hotel environment: Have your own beach at least 50 meters, very suitable for watching the sunset of the sea, and falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Unfortunately, the beach has a lot of pebbles and the sand is relatively thick, which is not suitable for swimming. The waves during my stay in the past few days were relatively big, and it was not suitable for swimming. I could only swim in the hotel pool 3. Hotel facilities: the room is spacious and bright, facing the sea, there is a balcony with green plants and a sofa bed, you can lie down and chat and watch the sea view. Disadvantages: The pillows are very uncomfortable, my friends and I both sleep with neck pain; the single bed in the double room is too narrow about 90 cm; there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, ask the front desk to pay for it; one less towel for wiping hair 4. Breakfast is very simple. When it is free, two slices of toast + egg + 1 cup of drink, others need to be paid separately, the price is not low 5. Whether the room is suitable for children, as soon as I entered the room, I removed the two single beds, and there was a sofa bed that was stretched out. The next day the waiter saw that we didn’t need it, and we would harvest the sofa, so we should live in a family it is also fine Because I didn't see a hotel with 4 stars or more in White Beach on Ctrip, I booked this one, and I am basically satisfied with it.

I was looking for somewhere picturesque to relax after a busy week in Manila and Sunset Resort was the place for me. From assisting me to arrange my road trip and ferry to the island, to ensuring I had all the correct passes to get to the island; plus a warm welcome on arrival it got off to an excellent start. My 2 night stay was wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable; the dining and lounging area in front of the sea was clean and well attended. Staff were attentive to my every need, sometimes even before I knew i had one! e.g bringing a cushion for my head as I lolled in a hammock or refreshing my drinking water to ensure it was cold. The food was freshly cooked , healthy and tasty. Jackie, Lara and Lez run a tight ship, staff seem happy and I felt well cared for through out my stay. I would definitely return

Ok, I have mixed feelings about this place. It is like a 50-50 feeling of the Good and Bad. half the property is good, the other bad. Little maintenance or bringing the property up to date as time goes on. It is getting a bit run down. I see the management does not put the money into maintaining a high quality (4500 pesos per night) into their place... though they have new units under construction, and from seeing the pace of the 3 guys building it, it might take 10 years to finish...Front desk girl has a big tude!, as did the dude running the overpriced on premise restaurant. You can get to white beach by either climbing a hill of dangerous rocks, or walk up the busy road not to get hit by cars, trucks or trikes. Or take an over priced trike at 100 pesos to white beach, which is only a 1/4 kilometer away. So best to walk there! you go up hill slightly on the way there and use the long steps going down to white beach. Take a trike back. On white beach is a lot of restaurants, because this hotel was way over priced, average 300 pesos or up for a meal that was not that good. The first room we had the lock was broke so we had to move. The new room was Ant infested, and bathroom only had hot water a few hours a day. Morning no hot water! The toilets there absolutely are useless. If your dropping a deuce, beware! low pressure. beds were uncomfortable and the light through my window at night was like it was constantly 2 in the afternoon. The hall lights shine in near the steps making it impossible to sleep comfortably. the pool was very nice as was the beach. too bad there was not a decent hotel on that island. Mindoro is beautiful. Other than that , I do not know if I will go back, though there are not that many choices in Mindoro. They gouge you in that small town. I will return to Mindoro

As soon as I step my feet at this resort, my jaw dropped at the beautiful and clean background(scenery) of Taramaw Beach Resort. It's been a while since our family outing, as we spend our trip here, I am very satisfied because I can happily watched the loud laugh of my whole family enjoying every second at this resort. The resort has a deep pool where you can enjoy your swimming day and night. The beach front is very clean where you can stay long and enjoy the big waves. You can also enjoy swimming at the sea, safely. The hotel has many room options. We stayed at the apartment room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen set. The lobby of this hotel has an amazing ambience which gave an aesthetic look when taking photos. The hotel also has a cafe where you can choose different food at their menu. If would given a chance to come back here, I would love to. I highly recommend this hotel at Puerto Galera. You will enjoy your trip here at a very low price.

Had the pleasure of staying at La Laguna Beach Club & Dive Centre for a few days. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. They organized a private boat to pick me up in Busuangas as the public ferries were canceled on the day of my arrival due to a gale warning. The food was great, and I loved the boutique style and relaxed nature of the hotel. The hotel is beautifully located right on the shoreline only 600 meters from the center of Sabang. The dive shop is part of the hotel making diving a breeze. I have been scuba diving for +30 years and have been diving all over the world. Puerto Galera boasts some of the best shore-based diving in the world. The soft coral is stunning and the biodiversity is amazing. Great diving for looking at small stuff. Visibility averages between 15-25 meters which will disappoint some, but not me given the number of critters to look at. You will be hard-pressed to find a better and more professional run dive shop. Top-notch, new equipment; great friendly dive instructors and attention to safety. Most of the more than 30 dive sites are just 5-10 minutes away by boat giving you time to do more dives and rat the hotel in between dives. La Laguna Beach Club & Dive Centre is located only 3hrs away from Manila making diving possible even if you have only a few days.

This was my third or fourth visit to LLBC, so I have now spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks there. The staff are consistently helpful. The food is good, there is a mixture of Asian and European/North American food. The rooms are pleasant and clean though some need some minor attention, like new faucets. If your budget will run to it get a deluxe room, they are lighter and pleasanter. The dive shop staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Indeed one day they advised us not to dive because the visibility would be very poor. Two of our party of seven don't SCUBA dive but travelled in the boat and snorkeled the dive area at no extra charge.

Service and hotel was fantastic. Very relaxing and the food was A+++ only negative was a lot of confusion with the final bill. I think it should be more itemised and in Filipino currency not US. Whenever you order food you should be given a bill. You are not really sure if it is accurate. Otherwise I would stay again.
