We liked everything, the location is good, the staff is kind and friendly, the bed is very good, the breakfast was great, the pool is very good, I just didn't give it a 10 because of something that I explain below

The Ctrip order stated that we didn't want a corner room, but we were given a corner room, and it was right next to the power distribution room. The heat dissipation grille of the power distribution room was indoors, which was noisy and I had to wear earplugs when sleeping. The facilities in the room were relatively old, and they were all usable, but they couldn't withstand a closer look.
The lobby was classic and nostalgic, and it looked good. The housekeeper, porter, and chef were all nice. The attitude of the front desk staff was average.
Overall, it was average, not recommended.

The doorman was very helpful in carrying the luggage, and the housekeeper on the 16th floor and the room service guy were very nice. The hotel environment is old, but the location is good, next to the LV hard case. The worst thing was that the front desk gave me the wrong room that I had booked in advance when I checked in. When I got to the room, I found it was wrong, so I called and changed the room.

The hotel is in a good environment and the service is very warm and thoughtful. Since we were staying during the Spring Festival, there were a lot of Chinese tourists in the hotel and it was very lively. The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding public transportation is very convenient.

Excellent location, you can go running, shopping and eating when you go out
Environment: Right next to Central Park, there is a big shopping mall downstairs. You can walk to Fifth Avenue in a few steps, and there are many Internet celebrity restaurants. The point is that you can go to Central Park for a run as soon as you go out, which is very convenient. The view of the room faces the Hudson River, and the scenery is very chill.
Facilities: The room is very large in a place like New York. The facilities are complete. But the bed is a bit soft, I don’t like it very much.
Gym: Although the gym is well-equipped, it is still too small for Mandarin. And I really can’t accept that I have to wait for the staff to open the door when I go to the gym at night. Why is it not a 24-hour gym? I really can’t understand it.
Others are pretty good. For this location, I will still stay here when I come to New York in the future.

The Mandarin Oriental in New York is the prettiest one among them. For example, the other ones like the one in Milan are all small houses. The old New York one is a high-rise glass box. The windows of the newer buildings are facing the Hudson River, which is very beautiful. The rooms are not big, but the design is good. It is next to Central Park, so the transportation is convenient.

Everything was perfect, the front desk upgraded the room. The cups in the bathroom in the room are all Baccarat, as well as the lamps and all the glassware in the bar. It's a great check-in experience

There are various celebrities taking photos in the hotel restaurant, and the display is very good. There is a burning banana dessert that I haven’t tasted yet. The bar is a famous punch-up spot in New York. I have filmed movies. It’s a rainy day in New York, so it’s hard to get a reservation. If you have the chance, you must go and take pictures. Check in

The hotel is in a prime location at the end of Fifth Avenue. Next to it is the old luxury department store BG. Because it is an old hotel, the rooms are on high floors. Also because it is an old hotel, the equipment and layout are not fashionable and comfortable (the mattress is about to collapse). The hotel's two old elevators often require patience to wait. The room rate is expensive and not cost-effective.

Service around hotel restaurant drinks luggage n counter very good. Beautiful interior foyer. Room big n comfortable. Bit of construction in location. Only issue rang 2 times for room clean up n removal of room service cart which didnt happen.
