The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. I will come again.

A standard old money style hotel with rich breakfast and good quality. The hotel is opposite the transportation hub and is convenient to go anywhere. It is not far from Kudan Street and is convenient for eating and shopping.

The suite is very large, with high ceilings and an old-fashioned style. The hotel is old, but the facilities are not old. There is also a balcony and kitchen facilities are fully equipped, which is suitable for family travel. The front desk service is very polite. Berlin prices have really skyrocketed, but the hotel price is also okay.

What a great hotel! Staying in the first 2 months after opening has always been a risky endeavor in our travels, but the Hotel Luc has knocked it out of the park. Incredible service, beautiful artwork, delicious food - everything was perfectly executed to give us a great 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. I also had a great view of the neighboring square. The attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with fresh local food and great service. A champagne check-in always sets the right tone, and from there, every interaction with every staff member was fun, engaging, and helpful. They went above and beyond to the point where you start to feel a bit guilty as if you don’t deserve to be spoiled this way. But hey, who can complain about feeling like a Queen or a King for a few days! Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay at this hotel. Our first stay was for 7 nights & staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. From registration to departure it was wonderful. No request was too hard for them and those working the front desk seemed to have the motto ”the answer is yes”. What is the question? And in this environment of COVID we felt very safe. The houskeeping was First Class!!!

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great stay overall. We particularly like the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who raise the level of service to a high level. The valet parking was excellent, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was in very good condition. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast. We would have expected more for a hotel of this category and price range. The hot dishes were unfortunately cold, and the famous currywurst without casing was fried for far too long. The biggest criticism for us, however, was the quality of the baked goods - they were rock hard, even worse on Sunday. The selection of cheese and sausage was also rather boring and not very creative. In addition, breakfast was the same on both days, which is often more varied in comparable hotels. Another point is the chairs in the breakfast room, some of which had very worn or broken leather - a replacement would be desirable. Despite these criticisms, our stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is really great, and the whole team deserves a lot of praise! We would be happy to come back.

The Grand Hyatt Berlin is located about 5 minutes from the subway station (the subway station is the next stop from Berlin Central Station). The room service size is satisfactory in all aspects, and it is a very cost-effective option! There is a newly built shopping mall nearby, with a large supermarket, as well as a variety of food and coffee shops. The location is safer than Berlin Central Station. It is recommended for families or friends with safety concerns.
