A standard old money style hotel with rich breakfast and good quality. The hotel is opposite the transportation hub and is convenient to go anywhere. It is not far from Kudan Street and is convenient for eating and shopping.

The location is a 5-minute walk from Ostbahnhof... and right next door is Uber Arena, full of franchise restaurants. Aldi and Rebe are also nearby, and there's a Rebe at the station that's open until Sunday. The staff are friendly (one female employee in particular is simply ace. She's efficient, kind, and even beautiful... I really want to tip her), and they respond immediately to any issues. The facilities? Crazy. Much better than those vague, old hotels. The amenities, like body wash and shampoo, are all great. The hair dryer works great, and the lighting, furniture, oven, and dishes in the room are all great. Next time I come to Berlin, I'll definitely stay here. The view of the river is great, and the view from the restaurant and cafe on the first floor is also great. You can see the East Side Gallery every day. When leaving or coming from the hotel... Cons? None. I loved it throughout my 8-day stay. I wish more Koreans would visit here.

The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. I will come again.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to famous attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient. As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant. Overall, highly recommended as a base in Berlin.

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Location is good, with a few metro stations nearby. Rooms a decently sized. Something could be done about the plumbing though to prevent the smell from the toilet pipes being noticeable after coming back after a long day

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.
