Very good hotel, I had booked another of their hotels and they upgraded me to this one for no extra charge! I felt so luxurious, there were so many soaps, shampoos and even tooth brush and tooth paste, I had never seen it before in a hotel. Towels and tv, comfortable beds! I would love to stay longer. Also great location about 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk from the bus station.

We arrived very early since we had to drop off our rental car in the train station. There was a reserved parking space in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage and do the check in. This was great. We were able to return the car and start walking the city without having to drag the suitcases to the hotel. We came back to the hotel at about 3:00pm. Our room was very nice. The decor was very pretty. There was enough space in the room and the bathroom to feel comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The location not the best to be close to the center of town, but it worked for us since the next day we walked to the train station to take the train back to Madrid.

Very central hotel, excellent staff treatment, large room, very comfortable bed, a hotel to return, has parking, very varied continental breakfast, provided us city plan and recommendations to visit, Congratulations to the staff and address of the hotel, thank you for the good treatments you have made.

Large Room and bathroom, AC, Minibar. Nice and diversified breakfast. Close but not direct in center of the city of Valladolid (15-20 min walk to Plaza Mayor) All the ingredients to enjoy a professional stay without any surprise.

Stayed here a few years ago with 2 other couples and it was fantastic, couldn't fault anything at all, so we decided to go again in January 2022 with another couple who we went with before. Nothing had changed, the room was lovely, nice and clean, staff were nice too, then we went for our evening meal, the dining room had changed it was twice as small as before, but the big let down was the food, it was awful, it was never hot usually tepid or even cold, bearly any choice of hot foods, the only thing that was decent was the made to order omelette at breakfast, one morning I'm sure the bacon had come straight from the fridge it was that cold!, definitely no good for vegetarians, honestly say I lost weight on holiday because the food was so bad, there was 1 snack bar which wasn't round any of the two pools, the sandwiches were a god send, freshly made. There was no entertainment on a night and only a few things like yoga or pool aerobic in one of the pools, nothing in other pool. We paid £1,429 for a week for both of us. So fair to say we will not go back there nor will any of our friends, we booked for next January as soon as we got home but in a different hotel.

The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.
