"We just returned from a four night stay at this property. I'll start with the positive: the Richard Meier building is beautiful. Well done. Ocean view room had a beautiful view and was well laid out. Now the rest: First of all, you cannot see the ocean from the restaurant, the pools, or the cabanas. Whatever you do, do not pay $600 for a cabana. It sits on a small 3 foot deep pool with no view of the ocean. As another poster mentioned, there are no hot tubs either. The service is extremely poor. You cannot reach anyone by calling down from your room directly - try to call room service or housekeeping, and one main number answers and tries to facilitate for you but does not deliver. I asked for hangers on our first day and they were never delivered, even though I asked multiple times. We sent down laundry and the service was messed up. They don't have a dedicated concierge - they just have people at the front desk who may or may not be in a position to offer good advice. There's also not really much to do at all. Rather dull for a teenager. The pools are fairly small and sad with no ocean view. The ocean is nice if the condition permits but there are plenty of other places you can stay for that. The location: the beach is nice because it is relatively quiet / not too many people around. But the overall location is fairly inconvenient. We were frequently driving 30+ minutes to get places. We weren't able to swim because it was either raining or there was a jellyfish warning. The Sireneuse restaurant is ok but not great. One of the dishes was not as described on the menu and another was not hot. The chef is relatively inflexible about any modifications or preferences. Conclusion: stay somewhere else. Not worth the expense and you will be disappointed."
"Not much to say except that it is one the most beautiful hotel we had the chance to stay in. Exceptionnal staff and service. Great food. Awesome kids club with great caretakers. Prices of the restaurants are crazy high though. Way too expensive in our opinion. For example the Ribeye for 75 dollars without fries nor sauce (a 30 dollars supplement is charged for both) is totally abusive."
"Stayed at the Surfside Four Seasons for one night, and from the moment we checked in, our experience was amazing! Gaby at the poolside bar, Winstons, and Mateo at the pool were so welcoming and helpful. They are both perfect examples of the world renowned four seasons service. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami proudly stands 18 stories high, with a total of 124 guest accommodations - a hidden gem in the most desired neighborhood of Miami, known as Bal Harbour Village. Semi-private elevators grant access to only two accommodations per floor. The sophisticatedly curved building facing the northeast, dressed in striking glass to impressively showcase brilliant waterfront vistas from all areas of the resort, provides one of the most unique and panoramic views from all Miami hotels on the beach."

"Ooops we did it again!……..Ahhh….finally I am able to compose this review of another wonderful holiday at the beautiful Acqualina Resort and Spa… Although it is long overdue it is a big thank you to the Acqualina Resort team (s). Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday (2019) with the Acqualina family and it was extraordinary. From the outstanding breakfast(s) to the inviting beach and supreme service and onward into a relaxing evening in our suite or at the AQ or Il Mulino. One of the most remarkable experiences was a custom Thanksgiving celebration in our suite with the most delectable presentations by Head Chef Jose Casals. Chef even made a special appearance to greet us. We applauded him and didn't’ want him to leave! Our exceptional attendant, Dragos, was professional, friendly, attentive and kind. Director of Food and Beverage, Sybrandt Windell clearly has a passion for his work- His spirit and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences was superior. From confirming reservations with Karianne Arsenault; Arriving at the front entrance with warm welcomes; checking in at front reception’s great team; Excellent and attentive housekeeping staff; coordinating Thanksgiving Dinner with Glenda Barnatan; Finding our way to the beach and welcomed by an always smiling team; Enjoying cocktails at the bar with William; languid breakfasts with Simone, Bhushan, Jamie, Chef Max; --we are already dreaming of the next opportunity to visit Acqualina. Thank you!"
"This is a beautiful resort/hotel. Everything at the luxe level. The service is really exceptional, even by the standards of a high end resort. Immaculate, very high end, no detail ignored or left lacking. Really maxes out in every regard. It’s definitely self-contained. A beautiful hotel, a spa, exceptional restaurant, pools and a lovely beach. But that’s kind of it. The area is recently built up. So once you’re outside the hotel it’s not like you’re in South Beach where there are places you want to stroll around and shop. It’s basically a strip of similar hotels and that’s kind of it. Obviously Miami is nearby. So that’s not really a bad thing. If you mainly want to spend a few days sitting around lovely pools, or laying out on the beach and eating great food and being generally pampered you really can’t do better. Like you may literally not be able to find a better version of this kind of resort. "
"Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to share an exceptional experience at Acqualina Resort with you. Yesterday February 25th we were having lunch in one of the wonderful Lounges right in front of the beach. The view and atmosphere is breathtaking. Our server Airis was extremely Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The Red/White Corporate Fashion of all personnel looked very unique which also reflects the Corporate colors of the Acqualina. The Menu was easy to read and Offers a lot of high quality food and Beverage. The price/quality level of it is very fair and reasonable. The Whole place Acqualina has a soul offering a lot of beautiful Details from A-Z. We will be back very soon and highly recommend this place. Each of the 5 stars of this Resort is fully deserved. Sincerley Claus Blohm"

"I have to pay attention to this hotel. It is divided into 2 buildings, the main building is by the sea, the other is across the road, I can't see the sea. I am because the hotel is wrongly assigned to the main building. The main building is very good, great, and the sea view is invincible. However, Ctrip generally gives a lot of effects on the opposite side of the road."
"The room is large and the bed is comfortable and suitable for family vacations, but the supporting items in the room are lacking. The location of the hotel is good, and many shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby. The beach is better, the swimming pool is small, and there is a comfortable hot pool."
"The sea view room on the side is excellent, and the room has many windows, which is very pleasant. The whole room is very refreshing, and the big balcony is covered by glass guardrails, so the view is not blocked. Lying on the lounger, you can watch the sea view."

"My husband is disabled and I have to bring his big oxygen machine and scooter with us . The valet Parker’s were incredible as soon as we pulled up they had the scooter all put together and the heavy oxygen machine out of the car. It was amazing. We own side was the food for room service my chicken was very large and dry. But on the good news they didnt charge me for it they were very apologetic. Room was very clean overall great stay I would stay there again. "
"Went for New Year’s eve. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Gorgeous room with very comfortable beds. I loved the pool, although service too slow fir food and drinks. I loved the place. Will definitely go back!!!"
"The pool was amazing! 4.5 acres with a slide (unfortunately slide was shut down during our stay). Hotel was awesome and service was great! Had several places to eat! "

"My wife and I stayed here for two nights during a recent weekend trip to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Before staying here, I was curious why all the reviews were 5-star. The hotel looked nice in the photos, but my expectations were just for a normal quaint beachy boutique property in South Florida. Having returned home today, I now fully understand why the hotel has such rave reviews. The secret ingredient here is Eddie, the owner. He is truly outstanding and went above and beyond for us in everything he did. I can't say enough good things about it. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight. It was 1am by the time we arrived, and Eddie stayed to greet us. The suite was spotless and all the amazing amenities provided were very welcome after a long day of travel. We had a complimentary welcome basket full of tasty snacks, a fridge full of cold beverages, and a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cups. Pros and cons of this hotel are as follows... PROS: - Service, Eddie is fantastic - Complimentary snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. - Free parking directly in front - Free, reliable and fast internet - High tech amenities, including 2 huge flat screen TV's - Location (walking distance to many good bars/restaurants) - Stunning pool area - Very private and quiet atmosphere CONS: - Nothing important. If I had to pick one thing, I would say the A/C was a little noisy. A note on the location: We went down to Hollywood Beach and after walking around, we were very glad to be staying here. The beach was busy at night, and had a very eclectic mix of people, including some questionable characters... The restaurants, bars, and general locality around the hotel felt much more pleasant and upscale."
"My husband booked the Boutique hotel for a business trip and told me how impressed he was with everything. I joined him a week later and was just as stunned as he was. The rooms are small apartments. Immaculate, with everything anyone needs, including washer, dryer and detergent in the unit. You are greeted with a basket of complimentary snacks and a refrigerator full of soft drinks and water. There is also a basket with assorted Keurig coffee. The kitchen is a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, stove, refrigerator, like I said, everything anyone needs. The bathroom includes a basket of soap, shampoo, razor, toothpaste and toothbrush, and more. There is a big screen TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom which has a large walk in closet. The pool area is beautifully decorated with lights and figurines. There are exotic plants and a beautiful large fragrant plumeria tree. The only problem I have is I can’t stay here longer, home is calling."
"Now I must admit, upon arrival I looked on my husband and though we had the wrong place because I was somehow expecting to see a fancy looking hotel. However, we were met by a warm gentleman in no time who took the time out to tell us about different things to do in and around the area. Now most of all, the place is absolutely spectacular. We had complementary drinks and snacks and everything to our comfort and convenience, down to umbrellas which came in very handy as we had lots of rain that weekend. Well-secured and private facility as well.Another favourite was the tech advancements the place was equipped with.I will be revisiting again."

"This is the first time ever writing a review of any type. I was always of the mind set that anyone who wrote a review of any length did it because of the bad time they had. This review is the exception to that opinion. The first thing I need to mention is that we arrived at the Sole Miami on 3/18/2020. The Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus) was changing everyone’s situation by days if not hours. The weather in Sunny Isle Florida was beautiful and the hotel location on the beach was great, it was also a short walk to restaurants and shopping areas. Unbeknownst to us all restaurants were close except for takeout the day before we arrived. Our first impressions of the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. The condition of the lobby and front desk was pleasing to the eye and very clean. I want to mention my wife owns and operates a small cleaning business and takes note of the cleanliness of where we stay (she has a very high standard). Considering the current situation, the staff upgraded us to a suite with a small kitchenet. They realized we could not go out to eat and would need to bring food back to our room. The room was a delight with floor to ceiling windows, a large balcony with beautiful views, and again meeting my wife’s standard of cleanliness. We later found out that all the guest checking in were given the same upgrade. To be clear the hotel was not obligated to make these changes. On 3/19 we went early to the beach, the hotel supplied lounge chairs, towels and an umbrella. Unfortunately, the state of Florida decided to close the beach at noon that day. Now this is not a party beach, during our stay it was families and couples. (Noting that we were there during spring break I would expect that this quiet family friendly atmosphere is the norm.) We retreated to the pool area that day and the next. The space and furnishings around the pool were very clean and comfortable, the water clear & warm and new towels supplied when requested. The bartender at the pool was the staff member we had the most interaction with during our stay. He was cheerful and friendly; I only regret not getting his name for this review. He did so much more then server drinks at the bar. He would bring you your drinks, new towels and food from the hotel restaurant again only open for takeout. The food we order from the hotel restaurant was excellent and would have enjoyed eating in the dining room if it was possible. However, coming from New Jersey, it was wonderful as winter is ending to have the warmth of the sun along with good food and drinks outside. We were to check out from the Sole Miami on 3/23 but because of the Covid-19 wanted to leave early and planned with our airline to do so checking out 3/21. The hotel was completely cooperative in letting us check out early, and without hesitation work with the company we used to book our reservation to refund the remaining days. So, would I recommend the Sole Miami, and would I stay again? Th"
"We were greeted by Dilan de Bruin, the front office manager upon arrival. He received our request for an early check in and was happy to grant it. We even got an upgrade to a suite!!! What a wonderful welcome. The lobby was bright and tastefully decorated with a comfy Sofa. All the staff including the staff handling the luggage were Super friendly and made you feel at home. We got an ocean view suite with a well equipped kitchenette, with a full sized fridge. Huge living and dining space. The house keeping staff were also Super friendly and generous with our request for additional coffee capsules. Even though we asked for then at 10pm. They were very happy to oblige. The valet service was also Super friendly and efficient. Didn’t mind paying extra for that. The guys there deserved it The bed was ok but not as comfy as the SLS South Beach where we had stayed previously and it was a shame that the vanity was cracked and the tiles curb to the shower was chipped. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay Would love to be back someday ... Thank you "
"Absolutely wonderful resort. The customer service was beyond perfect. Me and 4 friends stayed one night to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. We arrived hours before check in and was allowed to access the room immediately without issue. Thanks to Juan and Melanie for their assistance at the front desk. Cedric was the coolest bellman ever!! He helped us carry our luggage to the room and he assisted us with great recommendations as for food options in the area and he also surprised us with a bottle of champagne to start the celebration off right. We had a great time at the beach and I like the fact that they offer lounge chairs at no extra charge. The room was beautiful and comfortably equipped with all that we needed for our stay. I will definitely be back!"

"I could probably say "ditto" to the previous reviewer. This hotel is really first class, and we probably would never have selected (afforded) it had we not been bused there when our cruise was cut short by a day. And a day is really not enough time to see or appreciate all the amenities - two golf courses, a huge water park facility onsite. There are multiple buildings and huge open areas as you can see that this is primarily a convention centre. The room was fabulous - huge, modern, comfortable, with every imaginable convenience. But.... if you put a personal item in the stocked fridge, there is a $50 fine added automatically to your room. If you lift one of the snack items above the fridge, you have 20 seconds to put it down, otherwise it is yours, and so is the charge. The bathroom would be my dream spa.... glass and marble everywhere. Spotless! The best of quality in toiletries, and sumptuous bathrobes. As well, the view was idyllic from the huge double glass sliding doors with a balcony that would rival the size of our entire stateroom on the ship. We looked out to the finely manicured golf course and the huge water park with multiple waterslides and climbing courses. Getting to our room was a quite a hike, around and through several buildings. Long inside halls (much wider than actual hallways) were carpeted, and hard to pull or push luggage. We saw the beautiful pool area that had lounges and umbrellas. The whole area around each building was beautifully landscaped and widely side-walked. However, there were a series of three steps most everywhere, and those with walking difficulties struggled when those obstacles arose. There were ramps in various places, but not easily visible by those who were not familiar with the grounds. We went to the in-house restaurant for lunch. It was crowded and busy, and the wait was long because of all the arrivals from the cruise ship. The price was an eye-popper. However food was good, the gal who served us was great. There is a golf tuck shop that had a few snacks - chocolate bars and single sodas. They were $5 each! We wanted to run off our boarding pass for our flight the next day, but the unattended FedEx business centre charged $0.55 /minute plus the price of the paper. We waited till we got to the airport.... I looked up the price for a room during the night of our stay....$499 plus all the local and sales taxes. I see that the prices have come down with travelers' coronavirus concerns. If they stay down, it would be nice to go back and really enjoy all the amenities of this resort hotel."
"Due to a cruise cut short by a day, we were put up at they golfing resort in a Junior Suite of all things. Wonderful room, balcony, view and amenities. A king bed that was very comfortable, a bathroom that almost matched our cruise cabin in size, and a good selection of TV channels. There are at least three buildings of rooms so it can be a little confusing at first. We caught on and were fine. They have on site restaurants but I warn you - a little pricey! Lunch for two (sandwiches and house salads) came to $65.00 plus 18% MANDATORY tip. After that we went out and searched nearby for cheaper. There is a Starbucks on the property which we used for breakfast to counteract their cheapest continental breakfast at $18 plus coffee plus mandatory tip. Supper was at a Peruvian restaurant in the mall across the street. So, a nice place but somewhat out of out Canadian reach. Thank good ness the cruise line was paying for the $650 room."
"We arrived hours before our conference was cancelled but decided to stay the the 4 days as the weather was going to be beautiful! Upon arrival at the front desk Dhayliana could not have been more welcoming and accommodating! We ate almost all of our meals outside at the Corsair Restaurant. Fred was super - he made us feel like we were at a private club! The food there was top notch! Jean at the Cascada pool was a charmer! Loved swimming and relaxing at the adults only pool. Be sure not to miss taking a bath with their aromatherapy salts and doing the circuit at the spa!"
