I will think of something more solid. It has the charm of a clean and tidy everyday hotel. I miss the charm of Takayama. Ultimately, it is Hilton. The underground parking lot price is Hyatt's level. The bathroom and balcony have been carefully designed and stylish. Parsenn and Jakobshorn are equally far away, so when hiking with skis, you would prefer to take a ski bus.

Great people, great service and possibly the best in Davos ? Two trips this year to Davos and Grischa have delivered to a superb level twice. Great people who do their best to make you feel special. Thanks

The location is good, the rooms very pleasant and quiet and the service at the reception and in the restaurant and bar is excellent - they do everything they can to help. The food is good and mainly a wide variety. It’s a shame that they no longer provide complimentary cake with tea in the afternoon - it was a nice gesture. And tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be extremely welcome. As a non-skier I spent a lot of time working and it would be very useful to be able to have tea on demand. Housekeeping is a little basic for a hotel of this level - again extremely pleasant staff, but towels aren’t refolded, toiletries (and toilet rolls!) not replenished other than on request, and the floor is not hoovered. That said, the cleaniness other than the bedroom floor is excellent. My criticisms are all small and we would visit again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia (bambina di un anno) per due notti presso l’Hotel Concordia. Per la nostra breve vacanza abbiamo optato per una “double room superior”, il trattamento è di mezza pensione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo parcheggiato di fronte all’Hotel gratuitamente, sono presenti posti limitati, attenzione agli orari di apertura della reception per informazioni, check-in e check-out. La struttura appare datata nel suo complesso, presente l’ascensore, zona bar. La camera appare molto basica, ampia e senza alcune servizi come minifrigo, telefono, brochure di presentazione/elenco servizi. Il vetro di protezione della doccia posta nella vasca è di dimensioni contenute con alto rischio di bagnare il pavimento. L’offerta a buffet della colazione è minimal, sia dolce che salata, nessuna fetta di torta o crostata disponibile. Per la cena viene servito un menù fisso senza possibilità di modifiche oltre all’opzione vegetariana. La pulizia della camera risulta buona, oltre alla dimenticanza di un cellulare del personale alberghiero su un comodino e al non ripristino del rotolo della carta da WC di scorta. Le note assolutamente positive riguardano la posizione, centrale a tutte le attività proposte da Davos (viene consegnata alla reception la Premium Card per sconti e utilizzo gratuito dei bus) e la cordialità del personale. È stato esaudita anche una richiesta relativa ad una ricorrenza in famiglia con grande soddisfazione da parte nostra. In sintesi, una valutazione discreta è ciò che corrisponde all’Hotel nel suo complesso, struttura/servizi/personale/pulizia e rapporto qualità/prezzo.
