The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River delivers an exceptional stay from start to finish. The interiors are impeccable—refined, modern, and thoughtfully designed at every turn. Service is consistently outstanding, with staff anticipating needs and providing warm, attentive care throughout the experience. A highlight was BKK Social Club, where the atmosphere is vibrant yet sophisticated, and the staff were especially kind and engaging. Time at the pool was equally impressive, with attentive service that made it easy to fully unwind. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing stay, capped off by a truly gorgeous room—elegant, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a luxury escape. Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River

Four Seasons remains the gold standard for service. The hygiene is top-notch, and the turndown service always offers delightful surprises. Traveling with kids, the extra bed was incredibly convenient. We received a puzzle as a welcome gift, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. They even replenished our welcome fruit after we finished it. My only slight personal observation, which I've noticed across all hotels in Thailand over my ten-plus years of visiting — whether city or resort — is that staff tend to be a bit friendlier to Western guests than to Chinese guests. The Four Seasons, though, is actually one of the better ones in that regard. Overall, it's excellent; you get a real resort feel even in the city. For this brand and price point, it's quite reasonable, especially considering how expensive Four Seasons resorts can be. Great value for money.

Even the Aman in the city has its charms; this is definitely a top-tier experience in Bangkok. The rooms are impeccable, from design to maintenance, and very comfortable. The public areas offer plenty to explore; the lobby has a great view and connects to the restaurant without being noisy. I particularly loved the money tree in the lobby. Downstairs is Nai Lert Park, an urban oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok that's worth visiting even if you're not staying at the hotel. The hotel's food is excellent; don't miss the crab porridge and crab omelet for breakfast – they are absolutely delicious! The service was flawless, and they provided many complimentary items. It's a shame I couldn't take the handmade chocolates with me!

Aman's service, as always, was exceptional. They provided round-trip airport transfers and even drove us to our next hotel. The general manager personally greeted us at the door, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and luxurious, truly in a league of its own in Bangkok. The breakfast was delicious, and their signature Thai dishes are definitely worth trying. We also experienced the hotel's teppanyaki and spa, and I highly recommend the spa. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

I spent a holiday at the Ritz-Carlton with my family last March, and this time I chose the Ritz-Carlton again to create memories with just my daughter. As expected, the Ritz-Carlton never disappoints. The food, swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center were all excellent, and we had a wonderful holiday. Especially since it was just my daughter and me, it was a perfectly blissful vacation. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff who were incredibly welcoming from the moment we checked in. My sincere thanks to all the Ritz-Carlton staff at the pool, fitness center, and those who greeted us so warmly every time we passed by. I was particularly touched by the service of being offered a complimentary breakfast buffet because we had to wait 20 minutes for check-in. Once again, I thank you deeply and hope to convey my appreciation during our next visit. Truly the best hotel!

Room 9 was incredibly noisy; motorbikes were revving loudly in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Both the room and common areas were beautiful. After I reported the noise issue, the hotel kindly offered me complimentary breakfast, even though my room rate didn't include it. They also gave me an ashtray I was going to buy. However, I still had to endure two nights of noise. They did grant me a late checkout until 3 PM.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic 5-star experience, highly recommended! I stayed at the resort with my family and had a wonderful time. The resort boasts a beautiful setting with great holiday vibes and well-kept facilities. All staff are welcoming, attentive and professional. Front desk, food & beverage and pool attendants were friendly and always ready to assist us. Our room was clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxation. Compared with other nearby hotels in the area, it offers excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommend for travellers seeking a pleasant getaway.

First-class environment, every room offers beautiful park views. There's a large bathtub for a relaxing soak. The breakfast selection is diverse, and you can also order à la carte dishes, which are delicious. The pool faces the park, and the gym has basic equipment. The hotel staff are attentive and very polite. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This was my first solo trip to Bangkok, and I stayed at this hotel. The hotel's facilities and interior were lovely, but what truly left an impression was the warm hospitality of all the staff. (The free shuttle boat was incredibly convenient.) I'm especially grateful to Maggie, the concierge. I fell ill during my stay, and she helped me find a hospital, arranged medicine, and even took care of the car arrangements. She brought me an ice pack, a hot water bottle, warm tea, and many other things to my room. She also thoughtfully spoke to the hospital about my travel insurance coverage. Despite causing inconvenience for two days, she told me, ”You don't need to apologize; I'm happy to help. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact me.” Honestly, going to a hospital abroad alone as a female traveler was a bit unsettling, but thanks to Maggie, I felt at ease. All the other staff members were also consistently kind, telling me, ”Don't worry; if anything happens, just let us know immediately.” I truly felt that this is what they mean by Thailand being the ”Land of Smiles.” Since I was unwell for two out of my three nights and had to cancel most of my original plans, I decided that when I return for a redo, I will definitely stay at the Peninsula again. Even though I mostly slept, I still feel it was a good trip. Thank you so much, Maggie, and all the staff.

Over a decade ago, The Peninsula Bangkok left a lasting impression on us with its extraordinary grandeur during our first visit to the city. Revisiting after all these years, time has passed, but its quality remains just as exceptional. The elegant setting by the Chao Phraya River and the impeccable, attentive service from the staff — every detail is flawless. From our fond memories back then to the perfect experience now, The Peninsula continues to be the benchmark for accommodation in Bangkok. We are deeply touched once again; true classics never go out of style.

The privacy here is excellent. You need a card to access the check-in area, and there's a designated waiting area for guests outside. When checking in, they offer a soft drink menu and snacks! Upon arrival, you're greeted with welcome champagne, fruit, and more snacks. The pool is uncrowded, perfect for a refreshing swim. The breakfast is absolutely delicious – a must-try! For getting around, there's a speedboat that takes you directly to IconSiam across the river.

The experience was really good, and they even had desserts every day. My boyfriend bought some strawberries from outside, and the hotel helped wash and arrange them. The only downside is that they don't really offer Chinese-speaking services; it seemed like only one girl at the front desk could speak Chinese.

Mandarin Oriental Bangkok | A Century of Riverside Luxury, Embodying Timeless Old-Money Elegance Wandering along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, the Mandarin Oriental is more than just a hotel; it's a legendary landmark spanning over a century. Through more than a hundred years of refinement, it has shed ostentation and imbued its discreet, old-money style into every brick and tile. From personal butlers and therapeutic spa treatments to authentic Thai cuisine, every detail exemplifies the true meaning of ultra-five-star luxury. The entire hotel is built along the Chao Phraya River, with century-old colonial architecture blended with Thai classical aesthetics. There's no gaudy extravagance, only the composed elegance of a distinguished family. Wooden columns, vintage carvings, soft fabrics, and omnipresent floral arrangements complement each other, and in the shifting light, one senses a steadfast quality forged by time, a tranquil haven favored by celebrities and connoisseurs for years. Luxury here is never overtly displayed; instead, it's embedded in generations of service. The moment you step in, you understand what enduring classic means. The exclusive 24-hour butler service is the hotel's most captivating feature. From the moment of arrival, attentive service accompanies you throughout, precisely anticipating every need without repeated requests. Luggage handling, itinerary planning, room tidying, and beverage preparation are meticulously done. Every action is professional and graceful, with perfect discretion. The thoughtful morning greetings, careful preparations before going out, and warm welcome upon late-night returns are all seamlessly present yet unobtrusive, integrating ultimate comfort into daily life, making your stay feel like you're in a private estate – relaxed and secure. The hotel's Thai spa is a top-tier experience in Bangkok, nestled in a secluded courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle sound of water, isolating it from all city disturbances. Inheriting authentic traditional Thai massage techniques, the therapists' movements are professional and gentle, with just the right amount of pressure. From shoulder and neck release to full-body relaxation, it progressively dispels travel fatigue. The private treatment rooms are tranquil and intimate, with subtle, soothing aromatherapy and natural Thai essential oils. After one session, your body and mind are completely relaxed, as if falling into a gentle dream. It's a striking and unforgettable experience, an absolute must-try during your stay. The dining experience is a one-stop culinary feast, perfectly blending authentic Thai flavors with international cuisine. The main Thai restaurant adheres strictly to traditional recipes, with green curry, tom yum goong, Thai fried dishes, and tropical desserts all authentically prepared. The rich layers of sour, spicy, fresh, and aromatic flavors, along with fresh and exquisite ingredients, truly replicate the genuine taste of local Bangkok cuisine. The riverside dining area offers superb views; with the evening breeze accompanying the Chao Phraya scenery, you can enjoy exquisite meals while admiring the river's nightscape, creating an incredibly atmospheric experience. In addition to classic Thai dishes, multi-national cuisine, exquisite afternoon tea, and handcrafted desserts are also top-notch, with ingredients, presentation, and taste all meeting ultra-five-star standards, satisfying even the most discerning palate. With a century of splendor, the craftsmanship remains unchanged. The Mandarin Oriental Bangkok uses the wisdom of time to build its foundation and defines luxury through every detail. The understated, sophisticated old-money ambiance, impeccable butler service, healing traditional spa treatments, and unforgettable Thai cuisine collectively create a unique riverside living experience. It doesn't chase trends but upholds classics, making it the ultimate choice for a stay in Bangkok and a truly top-tier luxury journey worth revisiting repeatedly.

The room was beautiful with a stunning view. We got a room overlooking the Chao Phraya River. There was a flower garland and a birthday cake prepared to welcome us. In the evening, we had dinner at the Sala Rim Naam restaurant, where we enjoyed a traditional Khon performance. The service was excellent, and the location was perfect. Overall, we were very impressed.
