I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

The Hyatt is very close to the airport, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The room facilities are a bit old, but it's spacious and has a balcony, which is nice. I really liked that it's very close to the beach. During the May Day holiday, housekeeping couldn't keep up; there were a few days when I asked several times, but the room still wasn't cleaned.

I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit.

The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The overall decor is very old, and the rooms are also very old. The air conditioner is very noisy. The service is about 7 points. The breakfast buffet is average and expensive. The food is average, not as good as other restaurants. The advantage is that the bed is very comfortable. It is close to the duty-free shop. The gym has a gantry but no weights. There are boat rentals on the beach. Be careful of the yellowhead fish biting on the beach, especially during the breeding season. I was bitten and bled.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The location was great and the bus stop was close by!
There was also an infinity pool where I could relax while enjoying a drink.

The room was quite spacious, and the hot water was really nice. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots available. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby.

Great location, with plenty of dining options right downstairs. However, being by the road meant some noisy cars at night, which affected my sleep. The room was spacious but quite humid. It took about three days into our seven-day stay for the humidity to finally feel comfortable. P.S. The gym is small but well-equipped and open 24/7.

It's a motel. I had an early flight the next day, so I stayed there for one night. It cost 120 yuan in China, which is not much more.

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
