“Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Guam! The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Excellent value for a beach resort experience. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam — we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Guam!”

The scenic views and proximity to the sea were absolutely satisfying. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but perfectly adequate. The fire show at Breeze Restaurant was great, but the service from the Korean male staff member there was perfunctory and disappointing, unlike the other friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit.

We love staying at Dusit Tani when in Guam. Location is the best, service is friendly and professional and the restaurants in the hotel are upscale with great food and amazing service!
The only downside is: the beach facilities. They have old and broken beach chairs which are mostly taken by locals, so even though you pay over 250$ for a hotel night, if you want nice beach chairs with umbrellas, you would have to pay another 60$ for a third part to use the chairs for the day, really not compatible for a 5 star beach resort.
It is good to point out that the hotel offers live music every night (except Tuesdays) and that is another reason we love staying there

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The overall decor is very old, and the rooms are also very old. The air conditioner is very noisy. The service is about 7 points. The breakfast buffet is average and expensive. The food is average, not as good as other restaurants. The advantage is that the bed is very comfortable. It is close to the duty-free shop. The gym has a gantry but no weights. There are boat rentals on the beach. Be careful of the yellowhead fish biting on the beach, especially during the breeding season. I was bitten and bled.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The location was great and the bus stop was close by!
There was also an infinity pool where I could relax while enjoying a drink.

The room was quite spacious, and the hot water was really nice. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots available. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby.

Great location, with plenty of dining options right downstairs. However, being by the road meant some noisy cars at night, which affected my sleep. The room was spacious but quite humid. It took about three days into our seven-day stay for the humidity to finally feel comfortable. P.S. The gym is small but well-equipped and open 24/7.

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
