I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

The Hyatt is very close to the airport, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The room facilities are a bit old, but it's spacious and has a balcony, which is nice. I really liked that it's very close to the beach. During the May Day holiday, housekeeping couldn't keep up; there were a few days when I asked several times, but the room still wasn't cleaned.

The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding.

Dusit Thani's location is unbeatable! It truly seems like the top choice for families traveling to Guam. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's well-composed and delicious. The pool was also great for kids. Generally, it wasn't crowded, so getting a table for breakfast and finding a sunbed by the pool was easy. The hotel is a bit older, showing its age, but the views are still fantastic.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The overall decor is very old, and the rooms are also very old. The air conditioner is very noisy. The service is about 7 points. The breakfast buffet is average and expensive. The food is average, not as good as other restaurants. The advantage is that the bed is very comfortable. It is close to the duty-free shop. The gym has a gantry but no weights. There are boat rentals on the beach. Be careful of the yellowhead fish biting on the beach, especially during the breeding season. I was bitten and bled.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The location was great and the bus stop was close by!
There was also an infinity pool where I could relax while enjoying a drink.

The view from the hotel was great! We rented a car, so being on top of a hill wasn't an issue at all. We only walked to Tagada Park, but otherwise, we drove everywhere, so the location wasn't a problem 🚙. The parking lot was spacious, covered, and free, which was a big help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as theirs don't lather very well. There was no hand soap, so I used body wash, but it would be useful to have some with you. I assumed the clothes dryer was free because it didn't have a 'paid' sign, but laundry and drying each cost $6.

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
