"The two stays were stolen, because I like Zhongxing Beach and several families went together, so the villa is the best choice, but this time I will definitely not live there again, all aspects of the service are messed up, and this time I go Even if there was no place to check in, I asked a local to deliver the key."
"I suppose the most interesting part to the post is as to whether the owner/manager will respond and if so I will be very interested on what their counter arguments are, and though I have only stayed in one of the villas and will never rebook with the group again I am sure what is true for this villa is equally true for the others in complex we stayed As this is going to be a rather long review I will section it off into key areas and bullet point it and I will attempt to be as objective as possible The Villa’s actual address of where we booked is Villa Palm Oasis 3 Bedroom, Jomtien Beach Pattaya MOO 12 384 190 MOO 12 PALM OASIS VILLAGE Location • The location could almost not be in a worst place, there is nothing in walking distance of interest or use, but what makes the where the place totally intolerable is that rubbish tips and packs of wild dogs surround the adjacent areas. Though there are motorbike taxi stands in the vicinity, because there are no main roads in the area there are no passing taxis, so if you decide to stay here I would say it is essential to have your own car especially if you are a family. The Cleanliness of the Villa • First of all part of subject line for this review the owners of this property look for anyway everyway to take money from their customers, the villa staff will not clean the villa, this includes changing the bed sheets, cleaning the swimming pool, etc. unless you are willing to pay in our case 800 THB a time which is approximately $25.00, this is the first time I have come across this when renting villas, we initially booked 2 days but on close inspection and seeing the state they left in we cancelled. What reflects the grasping nature of the owner is that there is nothing in the villa to enable the occupants to clean the villa them selves, i.e. no brush’s tea towels washing up liquid polish when I say NOTHING it is as in NOTHING • There were thick layers of dust in many areas of the villa, cigarettes stubs in the swimming pool the Jacuzzi area of the villa on the roof flooded as soon as you switched it on. • The swimming pool had a thick wide scum line all around • The bathroom have an overpowering smell emanating from the cesspit, this is a major design fault due to the lack of S bends being incorporated into the build, it is to put it mildly revolting The Staff • The biggest let down of our entire stay was the pre-booked Christmas lunch chef turning up 90 minutes late, and the owner not answering their phone or replying to an email I sent asking for an explanation. No reasons were given just a please wait they will be there soon, we eventually cancelled and went out but really did ruin the day for us which was the whole reason why we booked the villa in the first place. • I should have known what we were install for when I called the lady who opened the villa for us did not answer the phone when we tried to order some food on our first night. • As soon as you enter the v"
"Believe the bad reviews! They are true! Wow, I have never seen such bad management of a hotel/guesthouse/Airbnb in southeast Asia before. And I’ve stayed in a lot for the past 20 years. Thailand is renowned for hospitality but not this place! We stayed in Villa 366/108. The worst part was the housekeeping/cleaning. We were allowed to drop our luggage off early and the girl who let us in said the housekeeping had not yet arrived. We said no problem, that we would be back at 3 to properly check in. The housekeeping still had not come at 3 and never came during our entire 4-day stay even after requesting housekeeping several times and clearly explaining to several people the cleanliness problems. Everyone I talked to always put the blame on someone else or just plainly said they wouldn’t do it. One girl said there was no one to clean because it was the weekend! Another time they emailed and said they sent the cleaners and that we had turned them away! Shocking. And then later sent another email saying if we wanted housekeeping during the stay we would have to pay extra. We had to mop the floor in the villa ourselves because it was so dirty and we also had to clean up cat poop in the garden ourselves. It also took so much of my time to call all the different numbers that I was given and talk to all the various people. Even with all of that, no housekeeping! The gardeners eventually came but only cut off dead branches and swept a little. They never cleaned the pool. They never cleaned the outdoor tables or chairs so we were never able to use those during our stay. Again, they said it wasn’t their job. The villa was in pretty bad shape, obviously not maintained at all and definitely not ready for our stay. The only thing that was acceptable is that each bed had clean sheets and one towel per guest on it. The tiles were coming off the inside of the pool and scattered around the garden, piles of BBQ charcoal could be found all over the garden, the BBQ was dirty and didn’t look like it could be used, garbage was everywhere in the grass. Inside, the freezer was dirty, there was mold growing on the bathroom tiles, they did not change the towels at all. I called and asked for new ones after 24 hours of stay and they said they would only change the towels for 100 baht each. They did not provide dish soap, a dish sponge, any hand soap for the bathrooms or trash bags for any the trash cans. We had to buy all of that ourselves. They only brought toilet paper after calling to ask for it. And then only one roll for each bathroom. We obviously had to buy more for our stay ourselves with 21 people staying in the villa. We finally found some cleanser in the unused washing machine in the garage but until that, we were cleaning only with water. We had to buy our own rags to clean with. When I emailed to complain, they said that they are not a hotel, only a private villa and therefore we should not expect the same service as a hotel. When we asked where we should pu"
