I stayed here for three days in late May. The place is an oasis found in the depths of Otranto. If you are looking for a completely chilled break, with a beautiful pool, stunning rooms, great food and 5 star service look no further. Whilst there is not much in the immediate area, local towns are easily accessible by car and you can also use the bicycles provided by the hotel to go through the olive grows or into the local villages, which we throughly enjoyed. From the point of making the booking all queries regarding food and amenities were promptly answered by their great reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They were also great in accommodating for one of our party with gluten intolerance and dairy allergy. The pool is spectacular, one of the best I’ve ever swam in, the water was crystal clear and the pool man worked all day every day maintaining it beautifully. The waiting staff both on the restaurant but especially at the pool were just fantastic and they were immediately on hand to take orders and requests. The massages were also some of the best we experienced. The owner and all the staff were so welcoming and pleasant and even arranged for belongings we left behind to be posted.
