The room has a taste and is very heavy. Others are OK. Looking for the front desk, with a few rooms, there is a taste. And the window can't be opened, the service is good. . . . . .

Hotel equipment and facilities are very old, but the rest are OK, basically no hotel service, breakfast is very garbage

I am just completing a stay here and overall give it two thumbs up. I am a Marriott Titanium member and was immediately upgraded to a very nice, spacious King executive room very close to their lounge which was empty except for the very sweet and helpful woman who was working there. The lounge (predictably) didn't feature food but had drinks and when I was needing a late night little sweet snack given my long drive the woman (whose name I wish I remembered but for management was working on Friday night, the 13th and is young and very attractive-- she was great!) ordered me up a small but very tasteful crepe that was delivered to my room. The room was very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also very nice, not the greatest I've ever had by a long shot (the JW in Shanghai will always hold that spot) but very decent. Overall, if you are looking for a Marriott property that is comfortable and safe in Torreon, I highly recommend the Torreon Marriott. I enjoyed my stay and you will to.

Hotel sin las comodidades que esperas ofrezca un hotel de la cadena Fiesta Inn, al momento de mi visita y hospedaje, solo cuentan con un solo elevador para 4 personas, el cual tardaba infinidad en subir y bajar. Durante los 3 días del hospedaje tuve que llegar al lobby y a la habitación por las escaleras de 4 pisos, con maletas y mi niña de 6 años. Aun estando a 20 grados se mantenía encendida la calefacción lo que hacia que la habitación estuviera bajo un calor agotador, lleva tu propio jabon y shampoo porque al parecer para la cadena es mejor tener jabón liquido para el cabello y el cuerpo. Piensa bien si es el lugar al que quieres ir a ”descansar”.

My wife and I went to Torreón for a friends wedding and most of the guests stayed at the Crown Plaza including the Bride and Groom It was surprisingly very very nice we enjoyed our star enjoyed the Very nice indoor pool with city views The Wedding buses arrived at the hotel took us to the Chapel then to the Even then back to the hotel The Staff was very pleasant overall a good experience

Excelente opción hicimos escala ya que veníamos de Mazatlán para llegar hasta Monterrey y dormimos una noche en familia muy limpio el desayuno muy completo con huevos al gusto, la persona que atiende el restaurante un joven muy servicial, como no dejarle su propina hotel muy cerca del estadio muy recomendable

This was my first time at this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights. Personnel is extremely cordial. They are taking extra precautions during pandemic times, and you can do your check-in online to minimize contact. The room was clean, and housekeepers are attentive. Parking is free and requires validation. It is close to a hospital, which is very convenient if you are traveling for medical purposes, and across Tec of Monterrey if traveling for academic/conference purposes. Not a noisy hotel (my room faced the pool), just the occasional slamming of doors by next-door guests.
