We had a wonderful stay with great service and attention to detail. The reservation staff went above an beyond to make sure our needs were met. We loved the lake view and beautiful hotel amenities. I wish we would have known more about the available spa services earlier, so we could have taken advantage of them.

Charlie was quick with retrieving things i forgot in my car. Excellent corner location with good breakfast options nearby. Wonderful lobby-- I mustve spent half my stay doing work down there! Will be staying here again as the hospitality was unmatched.

I traveled from Texas for WIAA Boys Sate Basketball Tournament. The room was perfect for this venue. I shared the room with my family from Minnesota. Love the location closed to State Capital and Kohl Center. Facility was very clean. Hot breakfast breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating during the stay. I would definitely stay at this facility again in the future and recommend family and friends.

I recently attended a conference held at the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor's Club and stayed three nights at the property. Shuttle bus driver Brian picked my co-worker and me up at the airport and was so kind and friendly! His recommendations for great food and sights in Madison were spot on and much appreciated. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and enjoyed a wonderful soup/salad bar/dessert lunch at CIRC. My room was clean and spacious. I loved the walk-in shower and makeup vanity space with chair in the bathroom, which was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. My favorite part of my stay was the comfortable bed and bedding, especially those wonderful pillows! I haven't slept that well in ages. The hotel is conveniently located to the Square with plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, making it a perfect conference site. I highly recommend the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor's Club and hope to return soon with my family for vacation!

We stayed here over the weekend for a wedding we attended. The hotel is new and very clean. Has an Italian Restaurant on property and a bar and back patio. Our rom had a shower no tub, which I prefer. Toiletries were supplied (shampoo, soap, conditioner, lotion makeup remover) and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Shades were dark so you could get a good night's sleep. The room was very quiet. I was impressed with that as it is off the highway and around a busy retail/restaurant location. Lots of restaurants around to grab a bite. Would stay here again and I recommend it.

Stayed here for years while returning to WI to visit our son. Last year had a full renovation that took place. Their communication on this construction during several stays was non-exsistant and several times put on floors that had construction on the other end. Did mention this to front end manager, with nothing done. This past weekend they blocked over 1/2 of the entire parking lot on a Saturday night with tournament baseball teams and other people staying, only to ask us for our car information in case they started work early on Sunday and wanted us to move our car. Really and to where? Lately not worth the price. Hopefully when all is completed they may be able to get back to the hotel we chose to stay at.

The location of this hotel is great. Just in downtown. There are many restaurants within three to four minutes walking distance, and it is also very close to the lake. There are several supermarkets around, and the fresh market is only four or five minutes' walk away. It is 3-5 minutes walk from the bus station. The towels are white and the thick soft towels that Americans like to use, which is very comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases were white and clean. Lotion and shampoos are the same brand used in a five-star hotel in Shanghai. Breakfast and coffee on the lower floor. The bath water was super hot and comfortable. Of course, like other foreign hotels, toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided. This is expected so I prepared it in advance. All the hotel staff were very friendly and would be happy to help. Booked on Ctrip. Very convenient. Next time I go to this hotel!
