Not happy with our stay this time. The front desk staff who checked us in about 5 months ago was the same who checked us in again and she is wonderful. However, her co-worker on the 20th in the afternoon was floozy. She started to insult a patron and started gossiping. Very unprofessional! We can’t connect to Wi-Fi no matter how many times we reset our devices. In spite we kept lowering down our room temperature, we were still feeling hot and can’t sleep. My final says to remind employees in a hospitality area is, no patrons, no job, and no Marriott.

Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi closed because of COVID. Excellent free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room. 15.4% sales tax including $2.50 for convention center. That’s outrageous! Well kept property. No complaints with hotel, but the town was boring.

Our original class reunion reservations at Courtyard were cancelled at the last minute. Some of us opted for Towneplace. It did not have the river view, or the lounge area, or restaurant, or bar we enjoyed at Courtyard. It did have large, comfortable rooms, with fully equipped kitchenettes, nice furnishings, plenty of space for clothing, etc. It was quiet on the 4th floor. There is plenty of parking. Small Indoor pool was closed much of the time, jacuzzi closed entire five days.

The first room they put us in had someone else's left over food in the refrigerator and the previous occupants dirty towels in the bathroom. The beds had been changed so the maid had been in the room. Just did not clean it all. Then we discovered that the room door would not lock, it was improperly installed. Not even the deadbolt would work. Whoever had been their before had been unable to lock their room door. On to room number two. The TV would not work. When they came up to fix it we learned that there were two TV controls. One changed channels and the second changed the volume????? Use the wrong one and you had to re-program the TV which we learned to do. Plus the cable box hung down on the right side of the television screen. The lobby was being remodeled, you walk through a construction project to get to the elevator. Breakfast area is gone too, box breakfast passed through a hole in the plastic covered walls. Only one employee (who by the way was terrific, very friendly, when you could get him) but when he was off fixing things around the hotel he was unavailable at the front desk. There was a telephone number at the front desk to call for help but you guessed it - it ran to the front desk where you were standing looking for help. When we checked out I asked for an adjustment to our bill for all the craziness that we had gone through. We were told that this is a DELUXE hotel and that the normal room rate is $300 per night. No adjustment was possible. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further. Avoid this place.

People were very nice. Breakfast wasn’t great. Local restaurant is good. Thanks This app needs improvement. After typing, there should be a submit button.

We stayed one night after visiting Chaco Culture Canyon, which is awesome. The lobby is amazing with paintings about the area. The breakfast lady was the best! She got us whatever she could to make our breakfast great. The room was old and needs to be updated bad. Not a four star hotel, but typical for the city.

The service was decent considering they were understaffed due to pandemic conditions. There were no facilities really available and even though the website says free continental breakfast you will not recieve . Food not available except for vending machines, fortunately there is a Denny's across the street from the hotel with an excellent staff best part of the stay and yeah No Hot Water
