TOP 10 Toluca Hotels

First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast. The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers. The internet speed was ok. Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu. I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!! The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal. I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Very friendly bi-lingual staff, and a very good buffet breakfast are the standouts at this hotel. Every interaction with the staff at this hotel was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and instrumental in creating a welcoming environment. The buffet breakfast was a really pleasant surprise, offering a wide range of tasty choices. The dinner was less impressive, but I found sticking to the more casual options (tortilla soup, guacamole) was more successful than the cooked meals (enchiladas, which were barely warm). While the hotel is obviously a little worn around the edges in a few places, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The location is good for the airport and business, less so for tourism. You'll need a car or taxi to be able to get out of the hotel for dinner, with the nearest restaurant choices being over 1km away along a busy thoroughfare. No lifts (elevators) to get to the second floor, but there are ramps so you don't have to carry luggage upstairs. Nevertheless, if you travel with lots of suitcases (I don't) , this could be a problem.

For work questions I will host in this hotel for about 20 days and today as welcome I find my to have water in the rooms from 21 to 23 October at 10:30am to 04:00pm are 05:20pm and we still do not count with water for basic services such as toilets and bathrooms no one fights to make improvements to the hotel but it is a lack of respect to indicate a schedule and not respect it not out to check out the exit because for those schedules if they are inflexible and very points. Try to avoid this hotel at those dates and the staff to charge hope you have a little consideration and respect the schedules at least because you have no decent to warn when making a reservation of this disadvantage which is maybe.

Excellent service without pay-per-time and waiting, impeccable rooms, without any complaint on the following trips without doubt to host some of the City Hotels .... and recommend them widely

I don't know why there is a DoubleTree by Hilton in a small city like Toluca. I don't think the location of the hotel is good, the opposite is the ruined building, which is in sharp contrast. There is Uber in the city and it takes about 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel may not open some facilities such as swimming pool to save money. But the environment is still good. Like for such a cheap price

Nice hotel

Situated in one of the main arteries of the care and a few steps from the Toluca Gallerys (the shopping square is almost in front), this hotel is an excellent option for a weekend in Toluca, whether business or for pleasure. The city centre is 12 minutes' drive from the car and mobility is very easy from this point. The staff is very careful and although the breakfast offered is somewhat basic (fruit, cereals, yoghurt, bread, chilli and eggs with buffet-style buffet) is very good to start the day. As a point to improve, I would say that in the second floor hall near the kitchen you feel a very penetrating smell of food almost constantly, which can become annoying. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and comfortable.

I recommend it,it is very central and the truth I liked despite having a simple room,very good service and very quiet,the only one that would make it seriously parking as it is next to the hotel and has no surveillance would be the one unique but from there in more , I recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
