The views from this hotel are absolutely amazing! There's plenty of places to enjoy the views whether it's from your room, the outdoor eating area/bar, breakfast area, restaurant, pool. Absolutely beautiful! The breakfast has a wonderful selection and plenty of attentive staff. Eating at the restaurant for dinner also was a great experience. You were never wanting for anything. Plenty of courteous/attentive staff and the food was very good. The staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing and truly are super friendly and genuinely care for your wellbeing. I have to say that the staff here were probably the best I've ever encountered at any hotel. They were that good! It takes a lot to impress me and they indeed did. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. The roads in to the location are very curvy and typical of many Tuscan roads. I am truly impressed with the views, food, and staff at this hotel. Well done!

Located in the historic centre this boutique hotel is very special. On entering there is open planning with elegant rooms for relaxation, antique furniture and beamed or frescoed ceilings. Our room was large and comfortable with a beautiful marble tiled bathroom. Unfortunately not everything as expected. The air conditioning was quiet but didn't cool the room. WiFi was not available in the room. Apart from sitting in the charming courtyard for breakfast it was a catastrophe. We were lucky as we managed to get 1 small piece of cheese and ham but the people coming after us were kindly informed that the buffet would not be refilled. Many guests were not very happy as they ended up with bread, jam and pastries. So if you stay here go early!! This certainly wasn't fitting for all the effort which has been put into the other aspects of this hotel. The staff were friendly and free parking is offered on the waterfront.
