The hotel is very nice, the location is very convenient, it is very convenient to go to Plaza España or Renaissance Mall, there are many buses, and you can reach the Colosseum in 20 minutes!

Booked on Bonvoy, was promised early check in as my flight was arriving early in the morning. Arrived at the hotel at 6Am . Was not expecting to get a room at that time. But on Bonvoy app there was online checking option at 8AM. Chose that option. It is now 2.10 PM still not checked in. I have seen a lot of people checking out though.

Sadly was not great,we simply stayed out all day used hotel for just sleeping, definitely not 4 star, in fact would struggle to give it a 1 star, breakfast was shocking served in a summer house on terrace watched one of the cleaning staff get a coffee and extinguish her cigarette in one of the cups used for the guests, hotel was in a area that a lot of people would of found uncomfortable walking around at night graffiti everywhere,,no shops near by for snacks ,it was meant to be a special weekend, for my wife’s birthday I taken a load of pictures and I’ve sent them to easyJet holidays because we’re absolutely shocked at the condition. We were only there for three days, I can’t believe easyJet holidays actually sponsored this is one of their destination hotels. We don’t normally moan or complain about anything but I just feel for the money we paid. We didn’t get great value, for the reception staff I can’t fault them although we seem to be charged at check out tourist tax at £7 each per night which was a shock when we had to pay €50 when checking out, I’d like to know if anyone else had experienced this, I was just shocked at the condition of the room and I’m not going tooexaggerate I’ll put some pictures up, but we managed to do everything we planned to do just the hotel spoil it. I think you would find better hotels, probably nearer the main attractions

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Breakfast was good too with a decent selection. The hotel manager, Rohit, was especially helpful during my stay. As I was travelling alone, he helped me with finding the nearest Metro station and local supermarket, as well as places to visit. He's kind, caring and always ensures to look after his guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome for the first time.

The location is very good. Just opposite the Colosseum is an old house, but the room has a modern design. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The top Michelin restaurant can see the Colosseum. The staff is very good. Stayed for two nights. Satisfied.

What else can refuse this view, breakfast, the room is very refined, but not high enough on the 2nd floor, preferably on the 3rd or 4th floor, the government tax 14 yuan a room, and the evening small lounge effect is very good

Very reliable hotel. It is indeed the top brand in Rome. It is impeccable. The restaurant cafe and the bar on the top floor are very good. I drink until dark every day 😮💨 Upgraded to a small suite. Next time I come to Rome, I must do it again

After eating bread and butter for five days in a row, there was actually a Chinese breakfast! Small steamed buns, fermented bean curd, wontons, white porridge, so comfortable! Suitable for family trips with children.

We ate at Le Jardin De Russie, and it was the BEST meal we had in Rome! The service is impeccable 👌 The wait staff is friendly and wildly accommodating. The food is homemade, unique, well presented, and absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Andres, was a perfect host! And the garden-setting set an ambiance that is hard to find in The Eternal City - set apart, quiet, and stunningly beautiful! I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The breakfast is very good and rich in variety, with comb honey available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There are many famous shops on the street. It's about 5 minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps. You can see the monument of People's Square on the balcony.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the central station, taxi normally within five euros, but too close to the driver to make a detour to make money, Italy, understandably, we were detoured ten euros. The hotel is very beautiful, very good stay experience, comfortable, elegant, breakfast and dinner are great, wine is also very good, highly recommended!

This is a great hotel. It is indeed the St. Regis Rome. I gave it an upgrade. The room was bigger and I also gave champagne. But it was also for others. But it ’s really amazing. Live, it is 5 euros to take a taxi to the train station, it is still recommended! It's okay to walk to the sights, there are subways in the surrounding Republic Square

I'm only on night two out of a five night stay in Hotel Eden, but felt compelled to leave my review already. Having been fortunate to stay at some of the best 5-star hotels in the world and being an experienced traveller, my standards are extremely high. However, everything about Hotel Eden has exceeded my expectations. Every single member of staff is amazing. We have stayed at other Dorchester Collection properties around the world, but the service at Hotel Eden is another level. We have been so welcomed and the staff have gone out of their way to deliver an outstanding service. Special thanks to Antonio in the Concierge department and to all the team in the rooftop bar who could not have been nicer. If you are looking for the best hotel in Rome or beyond, then I highly recommend Hotel Eden. You definitely won't be disappointed. We can't wait to return again. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and I.

The Eden sits high over Rome in a perfect position. We were on a short family city break. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the incredible staff. Two faultless rooms were ready with the most comfortable beds we had ever experienced.Treats for us and the boys awaited. The concierge organised taxis, restaurants, guides ,restaurants and the spa..The restaurant,Il Girdiano was amazing, this is not a stuffy hotel dining room, but it has a great vibe, awesome views, attentive fun staff (Daniel gets a special mention) and fresh innovative dishes. All the staff made our stay unparalleled,it could not have been better.Mr Cattini runs one of the best hotels in Europe.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The breakfasts in European hotels are similar, relatively simple, can be full, and the hotel environment is good. Shopping is very convenient. I have to spit it here. If I have stayed in so many hotels, I will have two free bottles of water. This one costs 5 Euros. , 8 drinks for 4 days! A city tax of 7 Euros per person per day.
