This hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and a Target! The room was spacious, bedding was clean. I noticed the individual sofa was a bit dirty from the arm rest. In the restroom, there was a lot of small human hair. The elevator and hallways of the hotel were very stuffy. The lobby restroom was not clean.

The hotel is relatively new, and the room environment and bedding are relatively comfortable, but the only thing that bothers me is that there are too many lint. After wiping the table for a while, a layer of lint is formed. This is a common problem in general hotels. Because of jet lag, I didn't order breakfast so I can't comment. The fee issue, the mandatory resort fee is 25 knives a day, and the valet parking seems to be less than 50 knives. These 25 yuan can be consumed in the hotel, and I always order a glass of wine to help me sleep. Location, it takes 18-20 minutes to walk to Disneyland. I didn't feel tired when I went in the morning, but the 20 minutes felt like an hour when I came out at night. No need to worry about walking safety at night. Two minutes away is the cheesecakefactory.

First-class environmental facilities, the hotel is very new. But the credit card charges randomly. Since the order included breakfast for 4, why was breakfast charged again? The service attitude of the Asian female leader at breakfast is very poor. She was told that she can only eat cold food and no hot food... In fact, there is no hot food at all. Although the hotel is conveniently situated for a quick stay in Huntington Beach with excellent views of the water and pier, the condescending and rude manner in which the hotel staff treated me from check-in to check-out is significant enough to ensure I will never stay at the Pasea Hotel & Spa in the future. Due to the reservation being made through AMEX, the staff at the registration desk informed me that the resort fee would be waived at checkout. When I questioned why I was paying the resort fee if it would be waived, the staff even went so far as to slowly and condescendingly define what constitutes an incidental fee versus a resort fee and that the resort fee would be refunded at checkout. At checkout, the same attendant that 'explained' only the resort fee would be refunded claimed she never stated that. After I recounted the conversation at check-in with her, she informed me she would follow up with her manager. After a considerable amount of time, the staff member returned from speaking with her manager and literally stated, ”This is only going to happen this time, and I want to make sure that you know this will never happen again.” The Pasea Hotel & Spa is on par with a Holiday Inn Express with the cot-like mattress, paper-thin sheets, pillows stuffed with cotton balls, and unbelievably drab decor. The hotel's only redeeming quality is its view of Huntington Beach, but the view does little to overcome the horrifying experience of interacting with the staff. The staff unfortunately believes condescending service lends itself to prestige, but the hallmark of a true 4 or 5 star hotel is the service. I cannot recommend this establishment to any traveler.

The hotel is large and beautiful, and the check in is very fast. The hotel has a covered bridge that leads directly to the beach. It is very convenient to go to the beach and you can borrow the hotel's beach chairs. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, especially the potato cake, which is worth a try. The waiters at the restaurant are very welcoming and will recommend a variety of cuisines as well as weekend evening restaurant activities.

When around the Disney area, This hotel was great! The rooms are suites with a living room area with a pull out sofa that the kids can hang out while the parents sleep in the bedroom. Employees were very friendly and welcoming.

We loved it! Kids had so much fun! Our room was very clean and the customer service was very friendly. Don't leave without trying their food.

Ok the place is very busy (not a problem) but the staff there are very unknowledgeable and will pass you from one desk to another. All we got was “I am so sorry , I don’t know” on several attempts to get info, including price for Wi-Fi access in our room The rooms had cobwebs on the sprinkler and the lamp shades. I won’t be staying there again

The transit stop of the No. 1 road is self-driving. Later, I thought about it. I should have a foot on the door and book a hotel with a beach. The Viv is the most beautifulest nicest hotel I've ever seen. Everyone that worked there was extremely extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again.
