Excellent service, room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but I could recommend they need to improve it. The location of the Hyatt Hotel at Westlake Croker park is excellent. There are very good restaurants and places where to spend your afternoon. I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Room was ok, pool area is way to hot to sit in for long, we lost power which ok happens but when you are on the 3rd floor and the stairway has no backup lights not ok, it was pitch black and the GM/owner felt that wasn’t an issue but made it clear he didn’t want me to call Hilton up about this issue as it’s a franchise and not required well Hilton will be called up. My daughter has a muscle condition and had to navigate dark stairs, oh but the pool and plenty of backup lights ( which I’m glad for but come on your stairways don’t really) the way the GM handled it was not ok didn’t offer us a flashlight for the stairs nothing so thankfully we had 4 phones as we had to check out to get to the hospital. Service sucked and for almost 200 a night I would have expected better service especially since I went down about the stairway and explained the situation but he blew it off stating that the fire marshal says they aren’t required who cares Hilton should care I guess they will when someone falls down them and sues them. During their power outage. Met a family staying there due to a house fire who says this power outage happens a lot, so definitely an issue. Will never stay again nor recommend it. No help with the stairs was offered either not even a flashlight.

An unexpected problem at my home caused my dog and I to quickly have to find a place to go for a few days while repairs were made. We found the Residence Inn in Avon to be a comfortable place to reside for a few days. The king suite had a kitchenette with a nice sized fridge and a place to sit and eat at the counter which I liked. Living area with a desk and the tv swiveled between living room and bedroom. Bathroom was large, only had a shower. A hot breakfast was part of the deal each morning, there were various choices of items to choose from. Self serve laundry on site, pool, courts, fitness room, computer/printers, and a bar were all located on the premises. I love that they were pet friendly. All the staff members I dealt with were very nice and worked hard to make our stay so pleasant.

Without question this was the dirtiest hotel we have experienced since before Covid. The lobby and elevators smelled like a kennel; floors were filthy; and the rooms were not properly cleaned and carpet stained. Besides the poor condition of the hotel, service was also disappointing. When we checked in, the clerk couldn’t be bothered to stop shoveling her sandwich into her mouth and totally ignored our Hilton Honors status. Breakfast service was disappointing. Tables were not cleaned between guests and the floors were consistently sticky on the bottom of our shoes. What is a great location was spoiled by poor service and a lack of cleanliness.

The hotel has an airport shuttle bus. The hotel is relatively large, and you can get on the expressway next to it. The traffic is relatively convenient, and it is suitable for self-driving. The hotel has a swimming pool, and there are many children swimming in such a cold day.

Booked a king room with no breakfast included. The hotel is super convenient and there is a Walmart supermarket next door, which is open 24 hours. There are several restaurants around the hotel, and there are shopping malls across from Wal-Mart. Hotel parking is free and wifi is free in the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to and from the airport. If you come to Cleveland next time, you will stay at this hotel!
