Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, neat, and spotless. Very pleased with the service since she gave us an hour later to checkout due to scheduling for the pool situation for Covid-19. The facilities and especially the pool was clean with salt water so that's a bonus for me on this trip. Would come back next time and recommend it to anyone.

I am a Titanium Lifetime Elite Marriott member. I have travelled many places and stay at all Marriott Family Hotels. I typically stay at JW Marriott locations but when I am in Chicago I only stay at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg Hotel. The main reason I stay there is simple, economics. I can truthfully say that I receive a JW Marriott experience without the price point of a JW Marriott Hotel. Jose, the manager, has assembled a team of specialists in making every guest feel special. I would like to give a huge shout out to his team members of Lyndsy, Sean, Alonso, Ron, John, Roman, Umberto, Bill and Adolfo. I feel that when I visit that I am family. The welcome when I walk through the revolving door is always so friendly and warm. That is why I call this Marriott ”my home away from home”. Keep it up Marriott!!

My stay was great, there is not one thing I can complain about. Customer service was great and the cleanliness of the room was spectacular. My overall experience here was everything I had hoped it to be and more! For now on I will be booking my stays here:)

Pleasant stay , very clean and very Courteous staff .

Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally relatively new, and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family outings, refrigerators, microwave ovens, pots and pans are all available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take-out, and arranged on the first floor, convenient to pick up meals, the service is very user-friendly.

Level Members Only !! This hotel has to be competing with other Marriott hotels to be on the Elite list. Who knew, since it’s just a mediocre hotel. No downtown ambiance or elite look. Just Basic ! I booked our room 6 weeks ago for King bed w/ shower. Arrived at the hotel, to be given queen beds with tub. Then, the front desk told us that our reservation was given to a Member with level status. Really ? At the last moment of arrival. Not any notification prior, so that we could cancel to go to another hotel with the same basic amenities. Then, there was a front desk girl, very nosy that asked “what’s your reason for your stay here”. I was a bit shocked but I thought this person is rude and has no good upbringing. Just ignorant. Get some manners. No customer service skills at all. The other front office person didn’t speak English very well, but just kept smiling and no conversation made, other than asking me if I was a member of Marriott. Once again, staff lacking Customer Service skills. Just sad. Also wasn’t aware that you pay incidental deposit fee of $ 150.00 hold on your credit card. Which we did ! At this point I can’t understand how as the customer, you’re following all their rules and paying for things that you don’t want. Guess that’s the new rules of being mendacious to customers. Unbelievable ! I did speak with the GM Jason and explained to him that my husband and I really didn’t need queen beds nor did I need a tub since I use an assisted device and the tub is hard to get in, also our room view was facing a rooftop and another hotels windows, so that’s so creepy. Really couldn’t keep our curtains open for sunshine. Just precious ! The GM said he could help us by getting us another room with king bed and shower at another hotel without the kitchenette, or he’d give us a slight discount off our bill if we stayed there. So after a short deliberation, we kept the room after a long tiring day, not to argue. When we decide to travel again, we will never stay at Marriott to be treated this way, since we’re not on the Level Member List !

Very good, last year the company sent me to the United States for half a year at this hotel. This summer, I took my children to the summer camp and stayed here. I am still familiar with the staff. As always, I have a good service, a great location and convenient shopping. highly recommended

Not bad for business trip

Good value. Convenient location. Property needs a remodel. It’s clean and does the job. The property is clean as are the rooms. The property and rooms are starting to look worn. Also not a fan of Hiltons cleaning policy that rooms are only cleaned upon request or on the fourth day of the stay

This is a good Hyatt. It locates at the central of that city. The neighborhood is really good. There is costco, trader joes, h-mart, best buy, lots of restaurants around. There are lots of activities in this hotel also.
