The hotel was located near the central station, porta nuova. Very convenient as it is also close to teams that take you to popular tourist spots. Paid extra €30 to use the spa. The sauna and steam room were very nice. Breakfast had a good selection of food and is very popular.

Stayed in room 350. Very surprised to find the morning after check-in that the 5 adjacent rooms are under construction--electric saws and construction equipment started at 7:45 in the morning on Saturday and went all day until 5pm. Restarted on Monday morning at 8 am. There was construction dust, noise, and complaints to the staff about not being advised at check in or offered another room were met with a shrug by the clef's d'or concierge. Though the property is nice, it didn't make up for the noise and inconvenience. A written complaint with photos went to Best Western Italy.

For the first time staying at the old castle hotel, it is a special flavor. The hotel is in the center of the old district. It is convenient to all areas. There is a parking lot and breakfast is quite rich. The place where you can eat can see the inner scenery of the castle.

The main attraction of this hotel is its location. It is about 1 km to the entrance of the Mandria Park and only a few hundred meters to the castle and its gardens. It is also very close to some good restaurants. Otherwise, the hotel is fine but relatively unremarkable. No issues with the room, staff or breakfast, but nothing outstanding either. Free parking was very convenient in front of the hotel, if it is available, as there are limited spaces.

Bell hotel di alta classe . Reception molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione deliziosa e ampia scelta di prodotti di qualità. Da ritornarci. Centro benessere gratuito per un' ora di completo relax. La stazione ferroviaria è a meno di 10 minuti dall hotel. Dall ultimo piano si può ammirare Torino le Alpi con certe viste mozzafiato.

The staff did not hesitate to help me when I was in an extremely awkward situation, thank you! The hotel room was spacious and clean, absolutely competitive in the same price hotel, the spare parts were perfect and varied, the staff was very friendly and efficient! I hope I will choose again next time I go to Turin!

The breakfast was good, because it was a business trip, so I’m not sure if I can add an extra bed. However, the hotel has complete facilities, a clean and tidy environment, and the service staff are warm and attentive. Will stay next time!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The hotel is like a noble palace, the public areas and rooms are very good, and the breakfast is good. What surprised me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I was able to stay in the room directly, which is very rare in Europe.

The Hotel is in a good central city location, relatively close to the Torino Porta Nuova train station (disttance that can also be done on foot). The Hotel is well maintained and has abundant and international breakfast (13-15 December 2018), with courteous and prepared table service. Rooms are a bit small, at least those where some my colleagues and I stayed. All in all, a good quality price compromise for a city that is always magical and austere.
