It seems that the furniture renovated in 10 years is a bit retro. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very good. I didn’t drive the hotel that day. I went out to buy something. The hotel downstairs Mercedes-Benz S400 shuttle

Well, I was told by the concierge that was a 5-star hotel! Here is a list of the items that happened to me during my stay: 1. No toothbrush, no toothpaste 2. No slippers 3. No cotton swabs 4. They forgot to give me the breakfast voucher 5. I was served eggs and bacon which I didn’t order In my opinion, this hotel could qualify for a 3-star rating, no more!

We stayed for one night as a treat for our son before school started back. The staff were excellent, kind and welcoming. We were allowed a late check out. The lobby is beautiful. The property is clean and well taken care of. The views of the stadium are awesome. The pool was small but worked just fine as it was not too crowded. I would caution those with children about the pool area music. Unfortunately we had to leave the pool early because the DJ kept playing songs with the F-word and other curse words despite the pool being full of families with young children. It was more of an adult only style play list which is so sad as we wanted to spend more time at the pool. It’s sad that most people weren’t phased by it but we listen to non explicit songs and for us it was shocking. Also the battery is loud at night so be prepared if your room faces the stadium. Music plays well after midnight. We may return again and I hope that the incident at the pool with the choice of music was a one time thing and they pay more attention to what they are playing.

This was our 2nd stay at this location this year. We came earlier in the year for a Braves game and this time for a concert at the Roxy. It is a perfect location for anything at the Battery/Truist Park/Roxy. The staff is always friendly and the location is super clean. The rooms are very spacious. We will stay here again for anything in the area.

Pillows are flat, Ice/vending machines and hotel room phone didnt work so your obligated to go to service desk and get a soda. Restaurant scrambled eggs were very runny. Bed was very hard, tried to get pillows and they didnt help as they were also flat. Housekeeping lady was very happy and helpful. Service desk was helpful but didnt know how to accomidate properly.

I was impressed with the quality of service and attendance to social distancing and masking. The front desk was very attentive and even took the time to physically walk me outside to show me where different restaurant were located. The breakfast is excellent and they will make if to go. I went to the restaurant early and got coffee for partner and myself. They kept my tab open to come back latter to order breakfast!

We (40 persons) have stayed in this hotel for 50 days. All the staffs here are very friendly, Janinaba, Nett, Nick, they are restaurant staff. Especially for Jainaba, she is a Muslim and very friendly to us, he learns Bahasa, so that he can communicate with us. Then one day we asked Jainaba if we could order rice for breakfast, because we really miss Indonesian cuisine. And finally Jainaba conveyed to John about our request. Thank God our request was granted by John. He gave us Kongi Rice a.k.a chicken rice as our breakfast. thanks Jainaba. Thank you All Atlanta Marriot Hotel at Galleria Staffs.

We booked the double tree on its reputation. Paid for early check in, requested a fridge for meds …was told no problem. We get there at 1:00 and was told we couldn’t check in until. at least 3:00 Eve. Tho they charged me for early checkin . We were two people, they told me they had no rooms available with fridge as they had given them away even tho I was guaranteed. No microwave either.The room was for two, but we get to room and it’s clearly met for one! One desk chair at a table, one lounge thingy that no one over 40 would be comfortable in, and with my handicap I couldn’t get in it! They only supplied towels for one, we had to ask for more.we are supposed to get breakfast credit, but we didn’t They gave a card for a free drink at the bay which was closed. Nothing in the room or bathroom was very clean.Oh and if you wanted the room cleaned, you had to let the front desk know in the morning before 9:am.I set an alarm to do so which I shouldn’t have to do, I am on vacation. When we got back to our room at 3 pm, it still hadn’t been cleaned, so we settled for clean towels. We were so disappointed as we chose the double tree for its reputation in the Hilton family of hotels. It was not a good experience at all!

The location of the hotel is beside the lenox mall, and the lower part can directly access the inside of the mall. The location can be said to be very good. But the rooms are nice and the facilities do not deserve the grade of JW Marriott. The room is not large and may be similar to the four-star hotels in China. The common problems of American hotels are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and only one bathrobe. The lights feel old-fashioned, not as fancy as the outside building. But the only thing I want to boast is that the TV in the house is really big and high definition, and you can watch youtube. We watched it all night ... Except for the good location, the price / performance ratio is usually not high, and it is not recommended. It is recommended that you go to the Marriott Suites Hotel in midtown. The prices below 1000 are standard with living room. But if you want to visit lenox mall and Phipps after you live, this hotel is still recommended!

The treatment of the staff was very good. The room is good. Location is good and always used. I am thinking of using it again next time.
