The desk clerk was very nice and engaging. The location is good and the hotel is maintained well even though it's an older building. Breakfast is good. It well worth the money.

We had some issues w the tv but the staff came immediately and fixed it.. friendly and knowledgeable!!… the beds were really high off the floor so I had to take a running start to get up there.. but was comfortable once I landed on top!!… only issue ongoing was the toilet.. a low flow and it wouldn’t flush properly..

Easy quick check in, 2 different comfortable rooms for a reasonable price. Breakfast was not bad. We stayed, checked out, then had to come back for a second night, as we were waiting for a truck repair that didn't get done. Laundry facility there was good. Nice that check out was noon.

The staff was exceptional. Check in and check out was quick. Our room was clean, towels fresh and bleached, beds were comfy. We will definitely come back, the next time we hit Amarillo. Even Bella, got a doggie treat from the front desk!

Stayed 1 night with family- check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. The room was clean with a microwave and refridgerator to use. The bed was great and we enjoyed the fitness cemter. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am and has eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal. Coffee and juice is avaialble 24/7. Loved the amenities and the neighborhood is safe and well lit.

They have had several vehicles broken into and several items stolen we had a storage tub stolen. They didn't tell us if we had valuables in our cars to bring them inside with us. Amarillo is rated as a very high crime city within the US.
