Breakfast staff was pushy and borderline rude. Arrived at 845am for breakfast, was reminded 3 times by 9:05 that they closed at 930. I had a bagel, are you really THAT worried I will eat too slow? Walked by breakfast room at 9:31 and everything was broken down and locked up. Dont say you serve til 930 if you dont plan to. Change your sign to stop service earlier if your staff has no plans to allow people to eat peacefully the last 45 minutes. Behavior made other guests uncomfortable as well. Just RUDE!
Front desk staff was great, super helpful 24/7.
Room was very nice the 1st night, 2nd night bathroom was overtaken by ants. Ants in the sink, on the counter, in my makeup bag, on my hairbrush, toothbrush, eyeglasses, curling iron!!! DISGUSTING! Took video and showed to front desk. Front desk quickly moved me to new room, but it was 11pm at night. Didn't finish moving til midnight, just made the breakfast lady THAT much more annoying. Again, front desk agents were Awesome and did their best to apologize. I did have to wash EVERYTHING in my bathroom that was on the counter and covered in Ants. Room was great, cost was good, but no airport shuttle. Walked away feeling like that (1) night should have been free. Will choose different property next trip.

Front desk person Chris was very nice and helpful.
The hotel is old. Surface cleaning was ok but I went to plug in a cord behind the dresser was disgusting

They seem to only have one set of towels and linens. It is after 6:00 pm and they have taken all my towels and washcloths but did not replace them. I had to shower using a sock as a washcloth and dry off with a sweatshirt. I called over an hour ago requesting towels and they still have not come.
I’m not sure how they change sheets.
They clean the rooms every three days.
My carpet has a large sticky spot.
My shower drains very slowly and the water backs up.
The walls are thin enough I can plainly hear the conversations next door.
