No amenities; glasses, Kleenex, fridge, microwave, ice, breakfast, office locked, pay through window, cheap motel charged over $250 for a busy weekend. Would be a decent $49 motel. At least I haven’t seen crawling insects yet. I had trusted ******* for this one… mistake!

I didn't even get to check in, the man was very unfriendly, he said there wasn't even a reservation in his system. He kept asking for my mom's ID, even though I am the one who has the name on the room, and tried to make me pay for a 2 bed room even though I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. it was so infuriating me and my mom went to another hotel to stay the night!! I want a refund!

When I arrived I found out my reservation had been cancelled without allowing me to fix the problem. I was provided a room. On arrival to the room I found the shower with trash in it. I reported it and it was taken care of. The bathroom door is coming off the hinges, so unable to close the door. Had a late night problem with the toilet, called for a plunger, it was delivered and fixed. I am thankful to the staff for their attention and courtesy.
