Staff were amazing so polite and efficient. I received a card, bottle of wine & Prosecco for my birthday from the hotel which was an unexpected surprise. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and will always return.

I booked a larger room with what was supposed to be a kingsize bed; it was unfortunately 2 single beds put together with a very definite join in the middle that made it quite uncomfortable. The room itself was fine, and the location is good, but I received several emails to suggest I could check in early for £10, it said call or ask on arrival; I called but nobody answered and when I asked on arrival I was told they never had rooms available for early check in.

We stayed here as we was going to the London palladium... brilliant central location. Receptionist friendly and gave us 2 more pillows immediately on request. Room a little tired but clean, small but OK for one night. Don't think I'd stay more than that. Do not like the glass bathroom walls and doors made me feel uncomfortable. ... slept OK mattress a little thin. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Continental ran out of pastries and only one yoghurt choice ....bacon horrendous and scrambled egg... sausages ok .... this was adequate to go to sleep so as not to travel home late after a night out

Good comfortable central hotel. Breakfast good. Beds very comfy and we had a good nights sleep. We had a bigger room which give you a bit more space.Unfortunately coffee machine was broken, and staff were not very visible. We stay in hubs alot and this was definitely a different experience from our other visits with regard to staff availability.

This is one of our hotels of choice in London mainly because the location cant be beat , great beds and good showers , over a few stays standards have dropped and we had a few issues , The guy on reception when asked for extra pillows said they didnt have anybut he would see what he could do and let me know , never heard from him again and actually went out and bought pillows ! the glasses at brekfast look terrible they are clean but very badly stained as not dried/polished wasnt a nioce experience to use them so we didnt . Room not always cleaned despite asking as requested to do so , would we stay here again yes definately for the location but its turned into a bit of a let down in general

We have stayed in one of these a few years ago, but they've obviously cut back since then! No kettle, tea or coffee in the room, had to go to the basement for it. Only towels for one person, and the duvet was rolled up on the bed and we had to make it ourselves! There is no separate light for the bathroom, so if you want to put a light on you have to wake the other person up because there was no window!!! We knew it was a cheap room, but as we'd upgraded from the basic room we expect at least a window! Breakfast the next morning was ok, but the juice is juice drink, the bacon wasn't very well cooked and the sausages are cheap. The poor bloke doing breakfast was on his own and it was too busy for him to be able to clear tables, bring out food to go on the serving area, and deal with all the people coming in. Get some more staff please.

I have previously stayed at this hotel twice and have never had any issues. However unfortunately this visit was rather disappointing. On arrival we were greeted with a you are early do you wish to store you cases. No good morning/afternoon unlike previous visits. Once check was open I got checked in, took around 20 minutes to find me a room within hotel? When I got to my room I was extremely disappointed by how dirty the room was. Tea marks running down the wall behind the bed and dirty stinks. The wall paper coming away from the walls and the TV did not work. As I knew that the hotel struggled to find me a room when I was checking in I decided against going back to reception. Later that evening I went for a shower however due to issues that I reported previously on my last visit the shower tray fills with water and over flows on to the floor! I don’t know why I was shocked and couldn’t believe how bad things have became within this hotel. I had booked breakfast for my stay however after my first visit to breakfast I did not take breakfast within again. Glasses were filthy and what they advertised they do not provide. No orange juice it’s just diluted juice. They also advise of having selection of yogurt again incorrect! During my visit for breakfast I popped into the down stairs toilet and I can’t describe however filthy and gross they were. There was a santanty towel bin over flowing which looked it had never been cleared in all the time it had sat within the toilet. What became clear was that this hotel needs a deep clean and house keeping need to really have an audit completed. It started to become clear the hotel is dirty and unhygienic. I reported these issues to the general manager on duty and was advised that feedback would be passed to house keeping! I paid £600 for 4 nights and to be honest I’ve stated I’m better hostel’s. The only good thing about this hotel is the location! Clearly management are turning a blind eye to all the issues. I won’t be staying again in any preimer inns / hubs.

Positives. Great location for shops and entertainment small but clean and modern rooms. Decent telly and comfy bed. All the essentials in a compact offering our room.was described a s a larger room. Not sure how it could be any smaller but I think the smaller rooms have the bed up against one of the walls. Aircon and heating all very good. Negatives. Sadly our room smelt bad of drains coming from bathroom but as door is glass no way to stop the smell entering the room tried blocking sink but this did not stop it. No tea or coffee in room but free in lounge bar. Poor vegetarian options for breakfast, unlike most premier inn offerings. No mushrooms or tomatoes asked for veggie sausages and bacon waited 15 mins and got 2 sausages between the two of us and no bacon. Bizarrely no fruit juice just a weird tropical cordial. But overall it is a good value for London compact modern room in a great location.

Hub by Premier Inn how do I love thee? Let me count the ways! Central locations in London, fantastically clean, excellent beds leading to a dreamy night's sleep, cheap & quality breakfast, free hot drinks whenever you want one, quiet bar for a pre-bed drink. BUT, for the love of Pete, could you please put two towels in the room when two people are staying in it. Other than that, just perfect
