Kilcamb Lodge Hotel & Restaurant

Our family of 5 adults today enjoyed the most outstanding Sunday lunch we have had in countless years, with excellent service in a magical setting on the shores of Loch Sunart. Sherlock our Mini Schnauzer was also welcomed in the Brasserie. The Chef and Staff are to be congratulated.

Fantastic afternoon tea and offered for an incredible price . The pastries were stunning and enjoyed alongside savoury delights in a wonderful setting. The best afternoon tea we’ve enjoyed and we have had a few ! Many thanks for a wonderful experience with friends

We received a very warm welcome from Alex even though he was very busy. Enjoyed a G&T in the sumptuous lounge while perusing the menu and wine list. Our Sunday lunch was perfect, the beef cooked to perfection. Followed by a relaxing coffee and mints in yet another well furnished lounge.

Wonderful boutique hotel. View is spectacular, newly decorated, comfy bed, and the most amazing eight course meal. The lemon assiete dessert was insanely good!!! Wonderful hikes in the area. Even has high speed internet and electric car charging stations!

We spent 4 nights with our eldest daughter, along with two dogs, at this fantastic hotel in late September. We stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast basis and we chose to have the tasting menu for dinner every night. This newly refurbished hotel was very professionally run at the same time as being friendly and welcoming to both us and our 4 legged friends. The dinners were fantastic, beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff were very attentive and helpful and having worked up an appetite by exploring the beautiful woods and hills surrounding the hotel we showed our appreciation by leaving our plates clean! The breakfasts were also particularly well presented with a wide choice of dishes which set us up for a day of exploring the stunningly beautiful countryside. Although it wasn't cheap it was excellent value for money and very enjoyable. The dogs enjoyed themselves as well!

A wonderful hotel. We have been a few times this year. This year was our first time going to Kilcamb. It’s a superb location and the team are wonderful too. Thanks you Pavlina, Alejandro, Heidi and Aron, plus the back room team for making our stays so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for you. The food was outstanding and you accommodated my wife’s dietary requirements. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We can’t wait to return.

Went for a meal with friends - had the taster menu which was absolutely superb. The service was excellent - so friendly. We ate and really enjoyed every single course- fabulous . Highly recommend if you are in the area

What an amazing find this place is! Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room. Truly delicious dinners and breakfasts. And the manager, Aron, is such a gem. He is cheerful, personable, efficient, accommodating and a delight all around. Really helped us feel at home. And he makes a mean *****ni! Highly recommend staying at the Kilcamb for a relaxing and fulfilling getaway. (There’s a great Whisky distillery just down the road, too!)

Set in a stunning location this is the perfect getaway place. In spite of its close geographic location, being dependent on the Corran ferry or a much longer drive via Glenfinnan, the peninsula is surprisingly remote and unspoilt. There are plenty of opportunities for walking at all grades and Ben Resipole (climbed in the past) makes a fine day out. An 11 km round hike takes you to the Singing Sands - a white sand, shallow bay beach with azure water and a fantastic view to Eigg, Rum and Skye. On a sunny day (we were lucky) it is hard to beat. Bring your bathers. The hotel itself is well appointed. And the staff are wonderful. Friendly and helpful, you are made to feel at home. As for the food. We had the tasting menu both nights and every course was excellent. Beautiful ingredients, innovative and well prepared. The most impressive was the duck. tender, moist, the fat properly rendered and with a crispy skin. But it was all good and we had a couple of fabulous days.
