clean and place are so beautiful

Pool was closed at 34 degress celcius indoor pool was closed too room windows were filthy lack of coffe in the room i asked for coffe mate got coffee said breakfast till 11 learned 10 30 skipped one my third stay first time could not charge to the room staying at the presidential suite croissants were at least 2 days old like a joke

The rooms are spacious and comfy. There are complimentary tea and coffee given everyday. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a big shopping mall if you need to buy anything from clothes to groceries. The view from the hotel is amazing. The only thing that I didn’t like was being moved from the sun bed next to pool because it was paid sun bed although the pool was pretty much empty. Considering Sheraton is the most expensive hotel in Adana you wouldn’t assume that you would have to pay for a nice sun bed.

Location and facilities are great Breakfast is a bit disappointing. It's a pity that there are only tomato-cucumber salad and tomato salad for salads. The cheese was too salty.

The hotel was very good in terms of location, facility concept and cleanliness. The reception staff and security personnel were nice and helpful. But I cannot say the same things for the waiters and kitchen staff. The breakfast was average, the breakfast staff had a mediocre and indifferent attitude. Especially there was a male swimming instructor who was a monument of rudeness. Thanks to this hotel, I experienced rudeness that I have never seen in Belek regarding swimming, be it Gloria or Titanic! 😡Training is a must, staff training...
