This hotel stayed for the first time. And never regretted! From the first minutes we were covered with attention and care. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable - everything is there. Beds are very convenient and bed linen is perfect. Cleaning every day. Everything you ask is decided in the shortest time. The view from the window is unreal! The location is successful. The area is decent - there is a place to go for a walk. Breakfast is as a separate kind of art. Very tasty, satisfactory and worthy choice for any taste and preference. Bonus: A glass of champagne is a small one, but pleasant) SPA is worthy. Despite not all was open (repair work), we had a great time! In fact, you can not go out of the hotel, as all entertainment, service - under one roof. Stayed another early autumn holiday at the Rixos Krasnaya Polyana with my daughter. It was perfect in all aspects, best regards and many thanks to the hotel team. Location is the best, in the heart of the mountains with very easy excess to the facilities of Krasnaya Polyana and seaside Sochi. In the recent years (I am a visitor since 2017) the hotel is definitely keeping his place of the best in the spot, with a lot of improvements going on.

Given we live in Russia during Covid we decided on a week family break in Sochi - first time for such a vacation there. First of all the hotel is excellent - with 2 pools, several bars and restaurants, bike hire, animation, kids play zones, spa and fitness. It is set up like a super resort and we (with our 9 year old) loved it - just a pity was only a week! It is located with access to its own beach, and has many great bars and restaurants close by within walking distance. You can walk to Sochi Park amusement park, to see the dancing fountains at night, and the promendade is a lively area both day and night to shop, eat, drink and dance. I was pleasantly surprised at how this part of Sochi has developed since 2014 - super impressed and would return. We took a day trip to the mountains - Rosa Khutor - this was amazing, and had no need in fact to go into downtown Sochi itself.
