Folia Apartments Chania

Really nice experience! Great service from the family that owns it, always helpful and happy. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The hotel area is beautiful and well maintained, I think the image speaks for itself! The beach just a 5 minute walk away and there are many good restaurants to choose from nearby. I highly recommend it!

Just returned from the Folia after spending yet another wonderful relaxing holiday. The hotel is just perfect in every way. Immaculate throughout with well tended flowers and grounds. The rooms are perfect with wonderful views and super comfy beds. We had a mountain and sea view from our balcony. Everywhere is cleaned to a very high standard and smells so lovely and fresh. The breakfast is amazing with a wide choice to suit everyone. There is a lunch menu which again has a wide choice and value for money. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. We loved every single minute of our stay. It really does get better each time. The management and staff are all so lovely and friendly. Thanks to you all for a wonderful holiday.

This was our sixth time at Folia. As always it was perfect. From the owners to the cleaning ladies. They all do everything to make your stay the best possible. Nothing but love from here. Thanks guys.

A really beautifully maintained, family run hotel where exceptional effort is made to ensure you have a fabulous stay. Clean, well appointed apar**ents with everything you need, very comfy beds! The breakfast selection is vast and delicious and can be enjoyed alongside a gorgeous sea view. The pool and bar area are top notch too with a selection of reasonably priced snacks and drinks. They will also arrange transfers and excursions at your request. The beach is a nice 10 minute stroll, bus stop 2 minutes with a frequent reliable timetable. Agia Marina has loads of great restaurants and Platanias a short bus ride away has even more. I would not hesitate in recommending Folia…..book it, you’ll love it!

An amazing stay at this hotel would definitely recommend. The rooms have everything u could ask for, the bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in! The cleaners do a great job it was spotless. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in greece this is by far the best. Highley recommend dining at this place. There is some slight hills but managable the views over Agia Marina are superb. We will definitely be back 🙂

The hotel is very well located away from the busy touristy area but close enough to many great tavernas and shops. The pool area was gorgeous and immaculate. There you can order drinks and enjoy lunch there as well. They also offer a delicious breakfast at a more than reasonable price. It was great to finally enjoy 6 consecutive nights of good sleep in a comfortable bed! I did not want to leave this place. It was bonus to have a dedicated parking spot on the premises. Folia apar**ents was a real gem.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful hosts and staff. From the minute we arrived, we were well looked after and the service was spot on from check in to check out. We had a mountain view apar**ent, with a separate bedroom upstairs, which had everything you needed - beds and pillows particularly comfortable - and was meticulously clean, with the cleaning staff being friendly. cheerful and unobtrusive. We also had sun on our balcony morning to evening which we weren't expecting seen as we hadn't paid extra for a sea view. Service around the pool was great and there was always two sunbeds available together no matter what time of day we visited. Hosts were extremely informative and helpful, from suggesting restaurants to ordering cabs and letting us arrange a late check out for a late evening flight. The only thing I'd caution is the slope leading up from the main street to the hotel that said, it only took 5 minutes and the positioning served to highlight the beautiful view. Hotel aside, I'd highly recommend a visit to Chania Harbour. Spent two very special evenings there. Only a 10 minute drive away and full of gorgeous restaurants, bars and charming little streets of shops. My recommendations would be the sailing club sea lounge for cocktails (anyone have a copy of their cocktail menu, I'd be extremely grateful for a copy) and Pallas rooftop restaurant for excellent fine food. Also a shout out to Mixahls for the pizza and beer - all of who served to make our holiday a really special one to remember. Will be back again,

The best part was the hosts. Gianni and his brother were responsive, provided great recommendations, and were so friendly. It was an absolute pleasure to work with. The breakfast was excellent.We were also allowed to drop our bags at the front desk while we walked a little further on the morning of our checkout. The location is just outside of Chania. Agia Marina has lots to do and lots of cute seaside restaurants. There is a bus stop very close by. Buses sometimes fill up quickly, in that case it was a short taxi ride to Chania. We will definitely be back
