The room was gross. No shower curtain, towels were stained. Sheets were dirty.

I read the reviews and it seemed like a good place to stay. Someone said it was a "quiet place". I don't know where their room was, but mine was on the front side and I had to run the fan all night to block out the noise. The room was fine thought the bathroom was obviously a little sad. The shower curtain was dirty, the plumbing was not attached to the wall in the shower. I decided not to take a shower because I was concerned about it. But the bed and tv was fine. While I saw no problems in the area, there must be, since they choose to keep people out of the lobby. I arrived before 7 pm and had to take to someone through a hole in the window. I don't blame them for wanting to be safe, but if it is so dangerous that they lock people out then I won't be back. Also, they charge $5.00 extra if you want to swim in their pool. Ridiculous. The family that runs the hotel are very friendly. And if you are coming to see the lights at Hopeland Gardens, it is very close.

Everything was good, except there were only two small shampoos and two tiny soaps in the room.

The management team and cleaning staff are available all the time. The rooms are clean and they are big enough for people in wheelchairs. Its my go to place in Aiken, SC

Wifi was very intermittent Bad connectivity

The property is pretty run down, room was not well cleaned, dust & wrappers in corners of the room, mattresses old and can feel springs when you lay down on them, lamp outlets that didn't work.

I’m a bus driver and just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours so when I knew I was an hour away, I pulled over and booked the hotel online then when I got there, the guy at the front desk really gave me a hard time checking in, saying I couldn’t check in because it was 6am and check in wasn’t until 3pm even though my booking was for the day before and then he said I couldn’t check in because check out was 11am and I said I knew and understand but I had just made the booking an hour earlier then eventually he gave me a room key and originally was gonna ask for a late check out just by an extra hour but after all that trouble, I just took my 4 hours of sleep. I also got up 30 minutes early to dip my feet in the pool and still have time to shower before leaving but the pool was closed until who knows when, I left at 11 and it was still closed so don’t expect to swim before noon atleast. Other than that the room was good, especially for the price. No complaints about the room itself just about the customer service.

This place is a great value. I stay in these low cost motels often and this one far exceeded expectations.

Web site says free breakfast—-NOT Says smoke fee—NOT All interaction with management through a secure window even in daytime.

If You’re and exterminator this is the place for you, you’ll be killing roaches all night there’s a Honda Accord that looks like a body went through the windshield and abandoned truck some of the rooms have broken windows this place needs to shut down for a year and start over it needs new everything cause they had a tube screen zenith floor model on dresser but it definitely needs Roach Spray and fumigators lots of it

That they provided a room for smokers. I didn’t like the fact the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been
