The check in was easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful and patient. There was quite a line up for check in and the two gentleman on the desk checked in people fast and were friendly to everyone. The room was very clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. I would rebook here without hesitation!!

We were looking for a pet friendly place and even with the extra cost of $75 we were very pleased with the friendly and efficient staff, the convenience of parking and access to our room and facilities available on the premises.

Staff was great with whatever we needed. Room was great. Everything you’d need and it you needed extra a call to front desk will fix it. Breakfast options were perfect

Our room was clean however, the hallway was dirty. Visible debris on the floor. We stayed on the 5th floor. The pool looked oily and it was obviously not cleaned as the band aids from the night before were still in the pool. The menu at the onsite restaurant was limited and expensive! If you just need somewhere to sleep, it’ll do the job but don’t have any expectations.

Very friendly staff. Lots of parking spaces. Close enough to downtown where your in a short driving distance to anything important

First time staying at a Garden Inn by Hilton. To be honest, I expected more from the facility. The positives, the rooms were very clean. The mediums, we were out of of a few essentials by the first night (lotion dispenser was empty, out of toilet paper. Towels were a big one. If we had booked for 2 adults and two kids, we would have expected at least 4 towels. The hot tub, was extremely hot. To the level that my wife could not even get in. We asked the caretaker whether this was normal and he said the guests liked it that way..... Okay, but was that safe??? I assure you not. We decided to have breakfast on the first morning. I must say, another disappointment. What gets advertised within the hotel as to how the breakfast should be and what you get was frankly false advertising. All in all an acceptable experience.

Property is clean, and well maintained. Staff are EXTREMELY helpful and efficient. Really glad we booked here.

Our stay was very convenient to Arenas as we were in town for a Ringette tournament. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping as well. Would definitely stay again 😃

Staff was amazing! Greeted with smiles and very helpful. Restaurant food was really good and great staff as well. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Stephanie at front desk was great and a nice greeting after many hours of driving with a little one. We had breakfast at the restandnthe food was really good. A really peaceful overnight!

The reception refuse to acknowledge our reservation, and claimed not have any record of it, even after i gave them the reservation number. After much argument, and after i had called ******* customer service, they suddenly found the reservation, claiming that it was a system glitch. They made us wait for 30 mins at the reception.
