The hygiene of the room was lacking. The fast food noodle soup left by the guests in front was not wiped clean! There are bugs in the toilet. The facilities are relatively old. The room is neat and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and 2 bottles of Nongfu Spring water are provided for free. The disadvantage is that the shower room floor drain smells bad, the door is not very soundproof, and people in the corridor can be heard at night

When I checked in, the front desk said they would upgrade my room, but comparing the photos of the rooms I had booked on the booking platform, I couldn't see any difference. Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.

The hotel is located in a downtown area. The room hygiene is okay and the room facilities are good. It is quite convenient to eat around, but the parking space is tight. It's a pity that you have to pay to join the membership to get breakfast. A bit stingy.

The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was quite spacious. But the TV in the room was not working. After calling the maintenance man three times, he finally came and failed to fix it.
