The hotel was very clean. Our room was perfect and we had the nicest staff of any hotel we have ever been to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Akron area! When you are greeted with kind and genuine people, it makes the stay even better! Thank you very much!

We have stayed at this location several time over the last 3 years and always found it great. Hotel is clean, well lit and the staff is always very helpful. The location is excellent, everything you could want is close by and convenient to get to. Great hotel!

I’m disappointed that the hot tub is broken and it was not disclosed when I booked. I drove 30 mins out of my way for the hot tub.

Internet service was terrible! Water pressure in shower 3 out of 10. Breakfast nice with pleasant service. Air conditioner sounded like a washer with rocks in it. $10 charge showed up that was not authorized.

Everything was good but had issues with checking in had to pay twice (double) and deal with a hassle to finally get a refund now I’m waiting for my money back that I shouldn’t of had to spend

We appreciated the nice, clean room and bathroom. Also, it was wonderful to have a hot breakfast available every morning. Thanks to all the staff for being friendly and helpful.

The staff of this hotel is exceptional! Especially Amy. We got there late in the evening after coming into town to attend a funeral. We needed linens for the sofa bed, when the plastic bag didn't contain a blanket, Amy got.one up to our room while we were in the hot tub. I let her know that we'd ordered Door Dash and she kept and eye out and let us know when it arrives. You could just tell she'd have done about anything to ensure we had a good stay.
And thank you to Miss Rosa for replenishing the pearl sugar waffles. She even brought them over to the table where we were sitting. She kept that breakfast area near as a pin and was very kind.
