Saturn Palace Resort Reviews

The hotel is smaller and less organized that the neighboring hotel resorts. Parking was off site, back a small path near the maintenance and was in a public are so there is no security. Rooms were ok, standard but worn from much traffic. The food and beverage selection was excellent, there were many separate locations to eat and snack. Reception needs help for check in, took forever to get a simple answer. I booked a sea view and got a side room looking into the back roads with a glimpse of the sea. The compound is a sort of an angle L shape so that we were looking onto another property. The pools and such are close together, it’s tightly organized. Probably the best was the choices for children including water park and slides. Beach area was standard, boardwalk bar is great but needs some attention from staff. The one lifeguard, he was bald and dark tanned older gentleman was so kind and helpful, always had a good word and a laugh. All in all a good stay, enjoyable staff, friendly and fast service from employees who go out of their way to help.

Just spent a week at Saturn palace, the hotel was lovely with plenty on site to keep the kids amused, mini disco each night and some really excellent shows put on. Foam party on the beach was a hit also! The staff are all really lovely and nothing is ever too much, waiters take drink orders by the pool and deliver it to you. Food was lovely too and plenty variety for all. Rooms spacious enough and cleaned daily, with towels changed twice daily if required. All in all a great trip away!

Saturn palace is fabulous the staff are super helpful and they can’t do enough to make you feel super special on your holiday definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to come to Antalya ! The food is wonderful so much to choose from and delicious in every way I can not wait to get back to the Saturn palace

I had a lovely time here everyone is so welcoming the staff was so helpful and friendly the rooms were clean and tidy. The food was delicious there were so many options to choose from. I would definitely return here, i have had a lovely time and can’t wait to be back!

It was amazing holiday,this hotel is really need more than 5 stars with brillant staff and good service,beautiful and really clean room details everyday and hotel area and delicious food so testy u can not imagine for barbeque options,good helpfull staff from restaurant and kitchen,l mean general thx to all staff but shout to hakan big thx for him,he try to make u feel Queen and King for excellent holiday,l can advise to everyone for this family hotel...Definetaly we wanna Come back next year, thank you staurn palace...

Just enjoyed a week at Saturn Palace with my family and have never been so looked after before in a hotel. The staff can not do enough for you and nothing is a problem. Hakan from guest relations went above & beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory, even arranged us a VIP Mercedes to land of legends which we throughly enjoyed! Mamii was the best pool & restaurant member of staff we had looking after us but every other member of the team was very friendly and always willing to help too. I’ve been to a few different hotels in Lara beach and I can honestly say that the choice of food at meal times is the most I’ve come across, I’m sure even the fussiest of eaters wouldn’t be disappointed. We would definitely return to this hotel on the future!!

Honest review coming up. I have rated it a 4 and not a five for a few minor reasons. We arrived and were met with pleasantry and quickly checked in. Our bags were taken to our room and we were shown exactly where to go. Arrived at almost midnight, however they have a midnight snack so we were able to eat a snack and have a drink before going to bed. The room was small, but its only for sleeping. Clean, tidy, huge shower, mini bar that is restocked daily and a room safe which is free and easy to use. Towels for the room are changed twice a day, beds made and everything sorted in the morning as well as emptying all the bins etc. Our balcony was quite small, but had a gorgeous sea view. The beds are hard which we found uncomfortable, but were clean and decent pillows. Due to the heat, we did manage to sleep though. Restaurant has tons of choices, even the fussiest of eaters can find something to eat. We always had breakfast and dinner, though not lunch as we used the snack bars. It can get busy in the restaurant but with seating inside and out you always get a seat. The food is NOT in any order, its all over the place. Rice can be in 3 separate sections. You really need to look all around the restaurant to find the different foods. The desserts are great too. You can wait for a drinks order to be taken at busy times, but wave at a passing member of staff and they will sort you out. There is a relaxing pool which has a bar, very quiet, no music, not to busy. We never used this, however it looked peaceful and may be good for ASD persons. There is the main pool for everyone which is very spacious. No fighting for a lounger though there seems to be a shortage of sun umbrellas. Can get waiter service, Mamii was fantastic, funny, pleasant, helpful, polite and an amazing member of the team. Ice cream from 11 am till 5pm. Fish or chicken and chips, chips, toasties, pasta, hot dogs, Burgers etc from 12-5 and waffles with Ice Cream from 1-5. We never really left the pool much during the day so this suited and everything was nice, fresh and tasty. Can also go to bar yourself for drinks. Waiting staff will go around with trays of soft drinks, ice tea, cocktails, beers for your convenience. The slides were a hit with my husband, but a miss with my 12 year old daughter who hurt her tail bone. The smaller/lighter you are, you lift slightly from the slide and bounce back down, however my daughter got bounced to high and hurt so never went back on. My husband swears the Orange slide is really good so definitely try this. You are on a rubber ring. (PS the wee shop will inflate and inflatables you bring yourself for 2 Euro.) There are plenty pools, bars and food places around the pool area. The beds within the grounds are free to use but on a first come basis. The beach was great too, with a beautiful pier and swimming area off of the pier at the back. Not soft sand near the sea area though so just watch your footing as you sink in a bit. We have just return from a week’s long break at the Saturn Palace in Antalya and this is one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed in! The gold star of this resort is its service; the service here is 5 stars and beyond and we were thoroughly impressed. Every single staff member was super friendly and nice to everyone, taking the time to ask how we were and what exactly we wanted. For example, when we’re lounging by the five pools, you never need to get up to get a drink because there are lovely waiters/servers who come and take your order. A special shout out to Mami who walks around with a tray of beer/cocktails/juices and offers it to everyone. This is reflected by the short queues at the bars (compared to other resorts I’ve been in Turkey) because you don’t actually need to get up for a drink. There’s also a snack person who comes round twice a day to offer snacks, and an ice cream man on a bicycle who comes in the afternoon offering ice cream. Of course if you wanted you could go to one of the 5 or 6 bars on this resort and order what you want. The selection is very good and the alcohol isn’t too diluted either. The cocktails are well-made and there are plenty of non-alcoholic options for kids too. A special shout out to Hakan, the assistant Guest relations manager and his manager (I forgot his name) for being so helpful and facilitating a late checkout for us. Hakan was especially nice because our pickup was at 6.30pm and the buffet restaurant only opened at 6.30, he offered to take us at 6pm to order food to have dinner before we left. Thank you to Heger and her manager (forgot his name) for helping us with our room troubles (I’ll elaborate later). Thank you to Serhat for his amazing bartending skills and drinks. And to the wait staff (Mami, Asne and more, sorry I forgot your names), you are all amazing and work so incredibly hard. You will never be hungry or thirsty in this place. There is one main restaurant, 4 Ala Carte and plenty of snack bars. There’s a patisserie and a gelateria too. Food quality is very decent and at dinner there are lots of outdoor grill stations that freshly make up food for you: doner kebabs, pasta, grilled steak/salmon/lamb/meatballs/vege/halloumi etc. There are plenty of vege options too and local Turkish cuisine. I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the Baklava but that’s just me being picky. Entertainment is decent too, lots of hardworking young people trying to get people involved with the daily activities. There’s also a kids disco at 8.30 and then a nightly show from 9.30pm. However there is a word of caution. We initially got a room with a whirlpool on the terrace and the sea view was amazing. However, the shows’ music (from our own hotel as well as from the neighboring hotels) were blasting at full blast until about 11.30pm. On one night the neighbours disco was blasting til 00.15!! As a family with little kids, we all really struggled with this as we couldn’t sleep until midnight. I

Amazing place staff are brilliant food great gonna be back again next year can't wait bring our granddaughter she is gonna live it as much as we have, my lad loved the football pitch had a great show on the Saturday, hakan was a great man see you next year

We stayed in Saturn palace hotel. We had a great time. We went with our teenager boys. The staff were amazing, especially Hakan Idere. They were more than accommodating. They changed our bedding when we said it was hard. Weather and food was great. Alcate meals were nice. The children enjoyed the food and drinks. Slides were amazing. Staff regularly came to ask if there was anything else we needed. Would definitely come again… great holiday xxx

Special mention to Hakan for superb customer relations. He made our holiday very special and asked us daily how we were doing, feeling, and helping us daily, making our experience extra happy and special. This is a beautiful hotel, staff are amazing. My cleaning lady was amazing and a very lovely lady, she was like my friend. Hotel is beautiful, beach, pier, pools, activities, all the restaurants, all amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Entertainment was superb. Rooms cleaned daily. Facilities, food all amazing. No problems at all. We couldn’t ask for better!

I visited here in May 2024, for our big family holiday (18 people). It was fantastic. There was so much for the children to do. They had a great time. There was a great selection of food, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Hakan was so helpful and willing to do anything to make the holiday the best it could be. We wanted to try both Al a cart restaurants and he sorted it so we could. Any issues we had he sorted them straight away. Such a nice guy and genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. Our room was clean and tidy, beds made everyday, we had a whirlpool tub on the balcony which was lovely to use. So much space on there. The spa was lovely, and reasonably priced. Getting around was easy, when we asked reception for a taxi, it was there within minutes, every time! The only thing I would say that could be improved is the number of staff members operating the fun fair should be more, it was very slow to function. Thank you for everything, The big McGregor family.

My daughter and I just returned from a 10 day stay at this wonderful hotel. My first holiday for many years but a first for Ruby (4) and 18 mth old Rhea. We stayed in a family suite with connecting rooms. The hotel was stunning, clean, food was amazing plentiful and varied. We would lie by the pool and staff some on rollerblades would come round and ask what food or drinkswe would like and get them for us. Snack cart would come round mid morning offering pizza and hot snacks then the afternoon ice cream cart came round with plenty of choices. We wanted a holiday that would keep Ruby entertained and busy....it did not disappoint, kids disco each night Saturnland carnival on grounds, I splash pool was amazing. The staff were all attentive, nothing was a bother, the lady who made my cheesy omelettes was fab as was the lovely lady who kept the dining area floor clean by sweeping up the food spillage from Rhea's high chair. Got to mention the fabulous grounds and the flowers all thanks to the ground staff. We even attended the foam party on the beach. The pools are fabulous one for everyone's needs. The chill pool looked amazing but not for children. I asked Ruby if she wanted to go back but she said she has to rest first 😆. Think that sums it up. Just another thing her swimming confidence increased so much she has been moves up in her swimming class on our return home.

From the moment we arrived at Saturn Palace, the staff were brilliant, very attentive in assisting with our bags and checking us in quickly. Customer relations staff continuously checked up on us to ensure we experienced a 5 star holiday all week. The room and general areas were spotless with the room being cleaned twice daily, received fresh towels and mini bar top ups. The pool areas provided more than enough sun loungers so that the usual early morning wake up to “reserve” beds wasn’t needed unless you were particular about where you wanted to be for the day. The pool staff were busy on their feet all day to ensure you didn’t go thirsty offering a good range of beverages. Whilst most nights we didn’t attended any shows the aqua bar live music and entertainment was most enjoyable when sat having a drink. There were a variety of shows to attend which were advertised around the hotel on the day of. As well as frequent day activities for all ages. There was a great variety of food choices which was most important with my partner being a particularly fussy eater. He however enjoyed every meal he had ranging from chicken dishes to pizza, kebabs and burgers. Overall we have both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saturn Palace and will definitely be looking to stay again in the future!
