Absolutely amazing stay! One of my favorite places now! I loved my balcony overlooking the water - it was so peaceful! And the receptionists were so kind and friendly. The restaurant on the water was amazing as well - those views!

My room had 8 spiders occupying much of the ceiling, two of them very large by any European standard. A few more, freshly killed, were blotches on the ceiling A bit too much wildlife indoors

Hotel is in a perfect spot for views of lake and marina but it is in real need of an upgrade. It’s tired and warrants only a 3 star rating at most. When we were there we only saw one member of staff very helpful but the bar was closed as was the restaurant other than lunch on some days Beds unbearably firm! It feels it’s living in the 1980s.

Nice place Restaurant was not open in the evening we arrived. Carpets in the first floor old and dirty. Overprized

Staff was very helpful. Room and hotel very clean. Right next to dock for ferry from Nyon. Lovely little balcony with a view of the lake. Air conditioned room.

Ordered salmon tartare as a starter it was so bad it put me off from eating the main corse. When complained to the lady waitress she just ignored it, then when the manager came he say everyone likes it and made me pay for it. Its very bad service for 5 start hotel especially in France. Never coming back again. Plenty of less expensive and more deliciuos restaurants to eat at the village. Good luck!

Location is great. Property needs some renovation.

Great location and the staff could not have been more friendlier. The breakfast was great and quite possible the best bread I have ever eaten in France

Ayant réservé pour un séjour par recommandation à J+2 (23h30), puis annulé immédiatement le lendemain à 12h suite à une contrainte, en demandant un report, la réponse de Booking a été : " nous allons faire le maximum pour parvenir à une solution satisfaisante pour vous. Nous avons demandé à l’établissement Hôtel Le Jules Verne de faire une exception pour votre réservation" Mais l'Hôtel m'a facturé la totalité de la réservation sans rien savoir, ni geste commercial, ni autre arrangement, alors que je leur avais dis simplement vouloir reporter mon séjour dans le même mois. Ce genre d'annulation pour report a déja été réalisé avec Booking avec succès ailleurs. Le Jules Vernes ne semble pas au Service de leur Client. J'irai à Yvoire mais dans un autre établissement !!...

Nous avions eu une chambre avec jardin et avec vue sur le petit havre et le lac. Magnifique ! Le personnel à été très gentil et 'service minded'. Le petit déjeuner super! On peut parquer la voiture dans les parkings dehors mais nous l'avions choisi la parquer dans le parking clos de l'hôtel dehors du village. Conclusion: il faut certainement la peine de rester dans cet hôtel très comfortable!

Ausser einer sehr freundlichen Dame an der Bar, waren alle sehr beschäftigt. Leider nicht mit Gästen, sondern mit sich, einer Kollegin an der Reception oder mit der Technik. Mein erster Versuch, etwas über die Preise der Zimmer zu erfahren, scheiterte und ich ging davon, setzte mich an einen Tisch. Gute Bedienung von der Dame an der Bar. Beim zweiten Versuch konnte ich ein Zimmer sehen, eine Visitenkarte hätten sie nicht. Diese erhielt ich aber ohne Probleme beim Verlassen des Restaurants…durch die nette Bardame… es ist halt noch nicht Saison-für mich wird es dort auch keine geben-schade…

Oui dommage car emplacement superbe face au port et au lac mais…… Parking très loin Chambre petite décoration minable ….. Grande salle propre Un petit jardin devant la chambre qui mériterait un d entretien J ai un fauteuil roulant pour rentré dans cette chambre on a entassé quelques planches L hôtel est loin des restaurants et le restaurant de l hôtel et le bar ferment à 15 h !!;;; Mon époux a dû aller se ravitailler ailleurs !!!!! Le directeur a beaucoup de chance d avoir ce personnel si gentil prêt à rendre service eux méritent le 4 étoiles !;;;
