The food was terrible and the attempt to sell you on their timeshare lowered the feel from luxury to common. Not with the price it costs to be there

Best all inclusive food I have had. The drinks were 10/10 and the rooms were comfortable but beautiful.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! I’ve been to probably 8-10 all inclusives and this is by far my favorite. Perfect size, not huge but beautiful rooms grounds and beach. The staff is amazing and this is definitely a 5 star property and service with all the ways they go above and beyond. Get the app as soon as you get there and make dinner reservations early! the most amazing food and drinks! Loved our stay and already want to come back!

It was a one of a kind experience. If you are looking for relaxation and good food with a nice staff, stay at UNICO 2087. There was plenty to do on site or off site with the excursions menu. Oh, and you get assigned a host who will help you with getting dinner reservations, booking spa treatments, luggage pickup, etc. Alberto was our host and he was so attentive and made sure we could truly relax on vacation. Haven’t even taken off yet and I’m already planning my next trip back to UNICO in 2024.

This hotel was okay the food at the restaurants was really good the buffet was ehhhh there is not beach really the pool was good. As far as night time entertainment there lacking and some of my wife’s clothes were stolen from the room.

All the staff were very professional and nice! Food options are good. They had a good selection of activities to do at the resort daily. Going out of the resort was a bit pricey though with the taxis. The whole process from check-in to check-out was well streamlined and didn't even feel like tasks. They literally did everything for you. Definitely recommend for a getaway.

Very slow service. Limited accessibilty to restaurants Seems understaffed

The check-in process was awfully long after 6 hours of travel to the Unico Resort. 4 different people came to us and spoke about the timeshare. It took more than an hour and half to get to our room when we arrived at 3:45pm. They only have 4 restaurants: Mexican, Asian, Italian and Grill/ Steak house. The Italian and Asian Restaurants are pretentious. The food was below average and extremely salty. The services were hit and miss. This was our first time and will not return again.

The resort itself was beautiful and the staff & service was top notch; especially my host Eduardo who helped make the week very special.

This isn’t your run of the mill spring break all inclusive. If you want your vacation to be a food journey, this is your place. If you want a room and resort that make you feel like you jumped up an income bracket or two, this is the place for you. Top notch class and beauty all around, oozing quality. We spent a full week at Unico for our honeymoon and will certainly return. Our experience was fantastic and truly world class. I have done 3 other Mexico all inclusives, and would never consider going back to them after experiencing Unico. Watch the TikTok’s. Peep the instagram. The hype is real. (And their social media person probably needs a raise because it’s really as great as it seems)

Food was good and if your going just to relax then yes go here. There really isn’t anything to do. The pool and main building very clean. I don’t think they have enough staff by the pool, so ordering drinks will take forever. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from. The best restaurant was the steakhouse. The room was clean and the maids were amazing. They kept the refrigerator stocked.

Unico was an amazing experience! My fiancé and I and just got back from our honeymoon. We were looking for quiet, peaceful and relaxing and that’s exactly what they delivered. We ended up splurging and got the Alcoba Swim-Up Pool room and it was definitely worth the extra money. We would get breakfast then hang in our own pool for an hour or so then hit the main pools! Overall the stay was 9.5/10 only reason it’s not 10/10 is because the food could’ve been a little better. But hey, don’t let that stop you from going!

This hotel was amazing from check-in to check out . Our personal concierge ,Fernando, was very attentive and helped us with our day to day wants and needs. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast at the Mi Carisa restaurant, our sever Maria was wonderful and truly a delight. Definitely the way to start your day. Luis our pool attendant was really great. He made our pool experience best, and Angi had a great water dance class in the pool. Overall the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely stunning resort!! Amazing staff from the second we walked in to the second we left. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and taken care of. A must!! I will definitely go back!!!
