Beautiful beach. Great landscaping. Spacious suite. Dreary reception. Great tennis court. Not best value for money. Horrible beach chairs. Dark and dank fitness Center.

Smaller hotel so quieter. Located in one of the best ends of the beach. The restaurants on site had excellent food! Shuttle to take you to their other location which is then walkable to the downtown area. Property was a bit dated but nice landscaping, clean and all units had a balcony.

The landscaping was gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The beach was "at our doorstep", even though our suite was the farthest from the beach. The staff was superb.

Nice property. Good value for Turks & Caicos. Shuttle between Ocean Club and Ocean Club West valuable for access to downtown Grace Bay.

Was clean and convenient - had all the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting.

Really appreciated you had bicycles (which need a bit of upgrading), tennis/pickle ball, SUP and kayaks for use. We used them all.

Exceeded all expectations. Staff service was exceptional especially at the Cabana Bar. Winston Michael Germaine (one love) was terrific. Menu was surprisingly diverse - rib night!!! If I could try to think of one comment it might be we needed a few more beach and pool chairs. See you next year

Overall very nice. The room was spacious. About a mile walk on the beach to other restaurants and shopping. Cleaning staff cold have been a little better abouut replacing TP, coffee, shampoo, etc.

Loved this smaller, well kept gem of a resort, away from most of the big, high rise hotels. Lovely grounds with rooms that vary in size and layout. Screened in porches/balconies were wonderful. Grilled our supper multiple times with the bbq grills provided poolside. Very nice staff!

The property was beautiful and very well kept. The attraction is the gorgeous beach and the umbrellas, chairs and towels being provided is the big draw!!

We loved it and will recommend. A few minor maintenance items that I let the team know about, but we were very happy with our condo. The convenience store was adequate for basic things, but I think if it was better organized and stocked it would do a lot more in sales.

For the price point this is an average hotel! I have stayed in much nicer places for less than half the price. it isn't bad and everything is OK, it just is not worth the price!

A very good standard all round, we were very pleased with our choice. We felt safe walking around either in the day or at night. Plenty of choices of bars and restaurants within walking distance and/or could use the regular property shuttle service to get closer into the main centre. Beautiful white sandy beaches, plenty of options for sunbeds and watersports and spa on-hand. Overall though felt it was quite expensive, the property, meals out and drinks. An average bottle of wine was $45-70 our average evening meal (including wine) was $300-350.

Laid back property. Nice front desk staff. Shuttle to their other property, Ocean Club West, which is walking distance to shops and restaurants. This property has a casual and a more upscale restaurant. Dining service is often provided by servers who are not particularly fast or efficient but food quality is superb. Great beach and lots of complementary water craft- sup, kayak, hobie cat.
