Highly recommend, very friendly staff, excellent food, beer is one of the best I've had at an all inclusive, great view of castle from balcony & next to an amazing beach. Seda & many other staff at the hotel couldn't be more helpful. I will be back soon

My two friends, Ali and Sattar, and I stayed at Mesut Hotel for 8 nights from March 28 to April 5, 2024. Everything was great. The food was very fresh and the food was very tasty. The chef was very skilled and Mr. Azder, the cool, good-mannered and energetic chef of the hotel, had a friendly relationship with us. I thank him for this. The maids were excellent and cleaned the rooms every day. The receptionists, Mrs. Maliha and Mr. Kanaan, were very welcoming and helpful. Mrs. Maliha was kind and reserved the room facing the sea for the last two nights at no extra cost. We are grateful to her and Mr. Kanaan for this. Only hotel bars were free until 10 o'clock at night, which according to other hotels should provide free service until 12 o'clock at night. Also, the beach bar was not free at all, which seems strange and is considered one of the weaknesses. Internet is free in the lobby and 2 euros per night in the rooms. In general, the hotel has many advantages and I recommend it. I hope to return to this hotel again with my friends. Thank you. Reza, Ali and Sattar

Clean hotel, friendly staff but food not up to much unless you like it cold. This hotel seems to be for the German market, we were the only English couple there. Surrounding area looks like a building site , with dirty broken paths. The beach is dirty with piles of building materials just dumped there. I very rarely complain about things, but personally, I wouldn't wast your money cos you will be disappointed. Won't be going back to turkey. EVER!!!!

I travelled to the Mesut Hotel from Ireland on the last week of Feb 24 with one of my friends. I was a bit sceptical before visiting the hotel as some of the reviews I had read where not overally promising, but as someone who works in a hotel I kept an open mind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the beach is a zebra crossing away, the pool is a perfect size and the food was great, and I must add I am a plain, fussy eater yet I always found something to eat. The house keeping did a fantastic job, the hotel was really clean. The staff where all so polite and friendly despite not being able to speak much English so I appreciated them trying, especially a young girl at the reception who was very eager to help me when I needed it. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Alanya, the castle, beach, harbour and cable cars where all walking distance away and the weather was the perfect temperature for an Irish girl! The only unfortunate thing I have to say about the hotel is that the all inclusive closed at 10pm which was a little annoying but it did not overally affect my stay. As someone in their early 20's getting the chance to travel, I would recommend to any family or solo travellers to stay here because I know for sure that I will be back!

In my opinion definitely not a four star hotel? Maybe a three but close to a two? Rooms were adequate and clean and served the purpose but advertised as a sea or mountain view? I was staring at a brick wall about ten metres away and yes I could see the sea if I hung over the balcony and looked to my right! All inclusive ended at 10pm even though advertised as 11? Breakfast I didn't bother with after the first few days as repetitive although you could always find something and they did have some nice cheeses and cold meat and stuff! The other meals were hit and miss and you could always find something to eat. I certainly couldn't fault the food overall! Now let's get down to the drinks! 😂😂 Draught beer ran out all the time and they started serving from plastic bottles a beer called Skol! I've since googled this and result was worst beer in Turkey! 😯 Only other thing I drank was the hot chocolate and 5 out of 5! None of this was a big problem as I made friends,we found a lovely bar called Memos not far from hotel and couldn't have been made more welcome so spent New year in there! ❤️ Alanya itself is a fantastic place with plenty to do. My last words are about the staff at the hotel who were fantastic and very friendly and always tried to accommodate us . Don't book this accommodation purely for all inclusive as very little to do in the hotel and you really need to be willing to go out and spend money as well

On entering The Mesut Hotel, we noticed a strong smell of drains which wasn't appealing, the staff greeted us and seemed very nice. Our room was clean, shower room decent size and the balcony was okay as well, the metal bar holding the glass up didn't seem sturdy though. The corridors smelt as people were putting food and cigarettes on plates on the shelves outside, they remained there for days until finally cleaned. The food wasn't great, chicken was raw as the chef only seemed to care about getting as much out for people to eat but not checking that it was properly cooked. Not much variety in main meals at all, didn't seem like they cared much, loads of salads available though but gets very boring. Puddings were nice though. Everyone we spoke to, agreed they did not like the food and that it wasn't properly cooked. Pool was absolutely freezing as the building blocks the sunlight from being on the pool. The private beach is very dangerous as there are massive rocks which cut you if you fall, the next part along isn't too bad and doesn't have many rocks which is better. Entertainment wasn't much either, probably once a week and that was a belly dancer and someone trying on jackets walking around the pool. Would not come back to this hotel, the star rating they have been given does not reflect the hotel at all.
