Best Three Star Hotels in Alanya

Only positive thing about the hotel was that the rooms were cleaned daily and it’s close to centre. However the bed sheets were changed once in my 11 night stay, and fresh towels were not provided on most occasions, the cleaners only sweeped the floor. The food was absolutely awful and made both me and my boyfriend violently ill for over a week, what a way to ruin the holiday. Serving salad and cereal for breakfast, not really catering for the English guests. Also no labelling on the food so we didn’t know what we were eating most of the time. See photo attached for the monstrosity of food they were serving. Never again will I return to this hell hole. Staff don’t understand much English either, which is somewhat understandable as we are in a different language but not knowing basic English for their guests is appalling. The pool was absolutely tiny and there were only 10 sun beds around the pool so chose to go to the beach most days where you don’t get to make use of your all inclusive drinks. If your thinking of coming here my only advice is DONT.

Just home from the select apart hotel an it was absolutely amazing weather was good most day staff were all friendly wit a great sense of humour! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Clean, tidy and there. They really do their best to please all ages in this hotel and we are definitely returning next year. Thanks for everything!

Closed in October 2020. The apartment is very good. Next to the beach across the road. But far away from the city and all markets. It is not convenient to take the bus. The bedroom in the room. There are 2 sofas in the hall. Kitchen with stove. Large balcony, chargeable air conditioning. The internet is pretty good. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers. Not bad. But the water is already cold limitation 1. Hot water. she left. Only warm during the day. Heated by the sun 2. Poor plumbing. 1 room has no shower hose at all. Wash yourself under the tap. Everything is flowing. Settle in another better room. 3. Tile heating time is long and fragile 4. Cleaning. Changed the towels by myself at the reception desk. Such cleanliness, never before. I took the garbage myself

The staff is nice and friendly. The dj makes fun for everybody, darts and gym if you want, and arrange trip to the city. F.eks skumparty and disco in alanya. The bar and intertainment in the evening is fine. There is no noice at the hotel after 23.30. The food is borring if you dont like fish. Everyday fish and one another choice of meat. At breakfast we miss scrabble eggs or omellet. There is no toaster to the breat.nothing like danish food.we miss that. We went on 3 trips and wherr back at the hotel in afternoon umhgy, but no pizza or food. Snackbar is 3 kind of cake and melon, same everyday. So if you miss lounce you have to wait to 7 p.m. for food again. So we went out on a restuarent almost everyday. The sunbeds its without a madress. But pool area is is nice for a small hotel. We like the asmosfare. The hotel is in the heart of oba city, wish is nice.marked every monday outside the hotel. If you want at good place to sleeps its here, the beds are realy good. Not to hard and nice pillows. The hotel is clean and the staff claen everyday, chance towers every sencond days. Realy nice place if you cant accept the facts. Buy not a hotel i will take all incl. Again. :-)

I have rated this hotel as 4 star as I paid the same price for all inclusive as Room only elsewhere. Had I paid more for all inclusive I would have been disappointed and would not give it 4 stars. Location: Fantastic location, really central with everything walking distance - shops, beach, restaurants and bars but off the main strip so no noise at night. Taxi to get you down to the beach also very cheap. Rooms: Good size clean rooms, air conditioning great and a fridge in the room. Our room consisted of one room with twin beds, and a living area with a sofabed and a single bed. I would personally prefer two bedrooms rather than the living room as the sofa bes was so uncomfortable. No tea / coffee making facilities provided, and no cutlery or cups or anything to cook with, so might as well make it into two bedrooms which will suit a lot of families. A safe could be used for an additional cost. No pool towels provided so we went out first day and bought some. Entertainment: Non existent, so great for families with young children, but not so great for older children who may find it a bit boring. Especially as the wifi was awful - except for the chair in front of the hotel! We did lots of trips out so was quite happy for some downtime in the evenings. Did Food: The food was always edible but just not to my taste at all. Very repetitive and just a little bit bland. Meat Stew was served most nights , along with chicken, rice, pasta and chips. Same salad bar every evening. Nothing labelled so you only had a guess when sitting down. We quickly got fed up with the food and ate out often - which was cheap! The desserts were good - but not covered so often had flies crawling over which put us off. Staff: Work extremely hard and always smiling. Really look after all the guests and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make this hotel special - thanks so much for all your hard work. Would I return ? Absolutely! Alanya is so beautiful. But only if the price was right - ours really not worth paying extra for AI when you can eat out so cheap.

After reading the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at HMA. We have had an amazing 2 weeks here from start to finish. Our hotel room was very spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of the I love Alanya sign from our balcony. The pool area was so lovely and quiet, the music wasn’t too loud throughout the day and night and the staff are very polite and attentive. The food at HMA was also beautiful! There is a small SOK supermarket next door to the hotel which was very ideal. It is around 10/15 minutes to the harbour and beach which has lots of restaurants and bars and is even lovely to walk to on an evening. I could not recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning here next year and we will ensure to book our room reservation at HMA hotel. Although it is not an all inclusive hotel, the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

When my friend and I were planning our vacation in Turkey and considered this hotel we were a bit sceptical due to the different reviews we found online. People were complaining about the noise level, poor cleaning of rooms, etc. However, for the price we paid and the hotel´s great location we thought we´d risk it and see. We´re so happy we made that choice! Our room was right next to the bar/restaurant area and facing the street with other bars and we had zero issues with noise. Yes, we could hear some music from the outside but it stopped at midnight and even before that, I would not describe it as disturbing or too much. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was always made, and the towels were changed, all good on that as well. Our only ”issue” which is not really an issue, just a minor misstep - one day the cleaning staff forgot to give us new towels after collecting the old ones. We just went by the reception and explained the situation and got new towels immediately. The food and staff in the restaurant and on the beach were also great. Eating with the view of the beach is amazing. If you come by for a drink, you´ll get a plate of fruits on the side for free. The prices are a bit higher, but it´s completely understandable and expected - after all, it is a tourist location and there is currently super high inflation. Overall, I feel like all the negative reviews are written by either elderly people who can´t stand even a little bit of music or by people who expect a 5-star experience from a 3-star hotel. I feel that this hotel provides great service (considering it´s a 3-star hotel) for a good price. And the staff is super welcoming so whenever someone comes with a question or a request or an issue to be solved, they will do their best to help. It´s just a matter of coming to them and voicing out what you want/need. Would definitely like to come to this hotel again!

Third day here. This is a test even for not picky tourist! There is no hot water, only warm and a little bit for one of me is not enough to wash! Runs from hot, then slightly warm, then cold. I'm at home, dousing myself with cold water once a day!) but this is something! Wash with warm water! To heat water with a saucepan?) on the first day I occupied the saucepan with food), it is without a handle and the lid is also without a handle. I don’t use a sliding wardrobe, the wheels don’t roll, the door is about to crumble, I can’t move it and there’s no way to use shelves and hangers. The refrigerator was delivered the next day. The room was not ready for moving in. The floor is dirty, for two trips to the stove, the black soles of the slippers (the slippers are not hotel). The glass in the shower room is attached to the wall only with sealant, and is not fixed by anything, it is dangerous here for children or pensioners and the elderly! Lighting is one lamp 3 watts for the studio and the hall, it is dark in the hall, if you do not wash the dishes before sunset, then only wash them by touch. Dirt and dust in layers on the legs of furniture and in the corners, on windows and surfaces, stains from dirty rags, they don’t clean it with a vacuum cleaner, but carry it with dirty rags. TV - what is it? don’t touch it, it’s about to fall, the wall mount is alive, and it’s plastic, and it will fall any day now! The room above the restaurant, and the hum from the hood around the clock! You sleep as if a locomotive is standing next to you and with a diesel engine it checks whether you get used to this hum or not. The second morning I get up in a panic and stress, about the request to change the room, the girl indifferently said I can’t help, all the rooms are occupied, and I told her only the rumble and the walls shaking from the hood that there was no way to sleep here. And I don’t sleep here, I’m writing all this in the hope that they will fix it, but it’s unlikely, yesterday I said that there are no lamps of light, and so far no one and nothing), in the studio one is barely lit, and one is above the mirror in the toilet, the girl is on the reception is unable or unwilling to improve the life of the guest. To close the front door, you have to work hard and catch the spring by pressing the inner handle, it does not close!) The curtain is near the table, they wipe their hands on it! And she's covered in food from previous guests. The windows and fittings were completed by a master who builds aviaries for dogs in a shelter), this is not milking people. The location of the hotel is excellent, but it is impossible to stay here. And the cat, only he saves from this stress, comes to sleep for the whole day! and yes, there are no deep plates among dirty dishes, muesli cannot be poured with kefir). Washing rags and sponges for dishes I bought at the next intersection in the store. The door on the balcony does not close, it simply opens, the handle does not fix it and does not close it, your things are not safe, you cannot leave valuables.

The most important is the staff. Mustafa runs the restaurant smiling and shining all day long, making your day even better. Muhammed is always ready to help at reception. The chef makes a delicious meals and the waiter keeps the restaurant clean and tidy. And the cleaners did their job properly. The food is delicious and be sure to take breakfast and dinner both. All rooms have large balconies, and most have amazing views of the castle and the sea, as well as many kilometers of seaside town. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was decent. Slippers are available in the room. The hotel is well located, everything is within walking distance. Used taxi only to and from the bus station. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel (Beach1) where you get a sun lounger and parasol for just 15 lire. All in all, it was a very nice two weeks.
