With all the Covid restrictions, this hotel is doing a great job. Staff was absolutely fantastic particularly Mateo and the young lady running the coffee machine in the morning. Mateo helped us immensely in the bar area sharing his knowledge of wine and the area. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was very efficient. Hotel had a great location close to all major restaurants and a short walk from the major squares. A very clean and efficient hotel with a good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at Alba Residence and it was very convenient to visit other cities. The staff were great and the apartment very spacious. The location is outside the city center but we drove in and easily found parking at the train station.We went to the Donley Palio and Truffle festival . Alba is a lovely place and so glad we stayed at Alba Residence. It was like a home away from home.

Premise: I didn't have it. I stopped at the telephone conversation I had to go to Alba for work, so I needed to have detailed information about the costs, as I don't pay. As the room costs you have to add the parking room, breakfast is at the bar only with cappuccino and briosca (I imagine the rest is paid), and I have been asked for 10 euros more per day for cleaning because I would go with the the dog ( per day , I should have stayed three days), I aggressively dare ask why they should disinfect all day cause dogs (and therefore ask me 30 euros more) if I sleep for three nights (only in Italy). Reply: If you don't want to look for her elsewhere, I'm a kind person, so I realized I didn't want to make polemics, just understand, answer: I don't want to discuss these things. We stayed at the Turtle Fair. The hotel is very well located, large and clean rooms, available staff and friendly staff and excellent breakfast with a variety of products. The nearby centre (5 minutes walk) is perfect for anyone who wants to visit the city, considering that you can leave the car in the underground parking of the hotel and the price is included in the room cost.
