Room was clean but but I didn’t like the bed. The top was sinking so t was kind of uncomfortable.

Check in was great the lady up front was super nice very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice the best part is finding chocolate on the bed my only complaint was the visitor policy it was weird they won't let you have company after 10 o clock at night

The bath water did not get warm. I let the water run for 5 minutes and it was tepid. Other than that, it was good for me.

I've stayed multiple times in the past few months. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Even though the facility is dated, it's clean. Staff keeps the homeless and loiterers away.

Such a hidden gem! Staff were so friendly and efficient. We mostly just needed a place to sleep on our road trip and this was perfect. Room was clean and updated. Mattress was comfortable! We’ll definitely be back!

The day I checked in they were having plumbing issues so the toilet wouldn’t flush and kept filling up like it wanted to overflow. We left before the water was to be shut off due to a leak that need fixing. Despite that, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and staff were pleasant and nice, Ernie and Michael(night agent). The room and lobby areas were clean overall and nicely decorated.

Very nice staff and adorable decor within the rooms. The location has a decent amount of homeless people nearby but is mostly fenced off to be a bit safer. Conveniently located right off I-40. Decent food within a 5 minute drive.

Nice easy check in, warned of water troubles and water shut off in am. Alll in all it ended well. Beds comfy. Good stay!

The front desk was very nice at check in. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighbors in adjacent room was another issue. Awoken at 3am with a loud TV on one side, loud classical music playing on the other and a very squeaky metal frame bed upstairs. We turned the AC on for background noise and it was fine after that as we needed to be up early. The neighborhood seems sketchy, but it’s a safe hotel. If you are a light sleeper, do not choose this location. We heard sirens and loud cars with music from the main road most of the night.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was really kind and the room was clean so I don't have many complaints. Thank you.

My only issue was that they kept deactivating my room card and having me go to the office multiple times Other than inconvenience the hotel & staff was great.

Only thing that was annoying was it was quite sweaky from the room above, other than that is was a great place to stay.

Nice property. It would be helpful to alert guests that the property can only be accessed while traveling north on San Mateo. If headed south, one must flip a u-turn and come back north. Not a deal breaker, just a bit odd.

My wife and I have stayed at this establishment several times over the last two years and we have never had a complaint that wasn’t resolved by the staff.
