Hotel took care of trip.com giving wrong location for NW laquinta. It was a clean most comfortable room. No problem with our 11pound pup. Area has homeless all around streets filthy. Scarey for this country girl.
Disappointed city not more interested in cleaning up feces garbage rotting food etc that homeless leaves everywhere.

This hotel is very good! I would say the location is very great since you can easily reach it after you take off the highway. And it is very location centric. Highly recommended!

Compared to other la quintas, skip this one, breakfast options are smaller than what I am use to when I go to a la Quinta. Also rooms are apparently not cleaned each day while you stay there. You have to go downstairs and get the towels and toilet paper yourself and when you ask, they give off the vibe that we are bothering them. Hallways and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke.

We got to the property and waited at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one there. The clerk came after a while and was very unprofessional. When asked to see the room he walked us angrily !

this is a mediocre hotel, will do if no other options are available. Best feature is television selection, you can log into Netflix.

Hotel is tired. Needs a lot of love. Carpet was lumpy in our room. Ceiling fan was missing two blades. Lots of cosmetic issues.
Breakfast had no fruit or fruit juice. Lots of carbs.

Albuquerque has become third world. The hotels have degraded to match. This used to be such a nice area and hotel but something happened. There were 8 vagrents camped out under our window doing ***** and being very boistrous. I checked why, it is the Governor of NM's orders to leave this so the police do nothing. I will not be going back to Albuquerque. I'm sorry for the property owners.
