Property was o er all average in term of cleanliness. No room service was performed during my stay.
Temperature in the room was high and could not regulate. It was really incorporable could not sleep for two days it was so hot.
The surrounding was beautiful unfortunately did not get a chance to explore much. This was a work related travel.

Many fun things to do, kids loved fishing. Needs to be updated badly, especially the water park. Our room smelled like urine and there was black hair on the bathtub. Other than that was a great stay. The bar closed early and there isn’t anything else besides a few miles away.

We did not know before booking that the water park was closed for maintenance. At least the pool was open. Further, because of a special event, the only restaurant was closed until 10AM so there was no coffee or breakfast available. The staff didn't seem to know, so after waiting around for an hour and half, we had to take the family off site to get breakfast.

The hotel is a little out dated, but the location is amazing! The room felt dark and a bit 1980, but it had a lovely balcony with a view of the lake which was awesome.

Like most businesses they clearly short on staff. The facility was dirty but to be a little expected as its mostly young families who stay for the water park. Most staff was kind and did what they needed ti accommodate to the issues that arose. The water park staff was hit or miss. Some were super nice and helpful while there was one gal who seemed to be irritated that she had a job. Its been better but it could have been worse.

The waterpark has gone majorly downhill in the last several years. One or more of the slides were broken the whole time we were there, plus the hot tub was also broken. It was gross, dirty and slimy and garbages were overflowing and nasty. The customer service at the waterpark is absolutely atrocious. The line for the snack bar would take nearly 30 minutes every time, even longer to wait for a simple hot pretzel, chips & cheese etc, and they would also close the whole snack bar down a couple times a day when tons of people were waiting. The actual hotel rooms were incredibly warm, even though it was only about 30° outside, and all you could do was turn on a fan in the unit inside the room. We left our patio door open the entire time in 30° weather and it still was warm. The beds were rock hard and the pillows were as small as a toddler's head. The blankets they used were the equivalent of sandpaper (literally). The room appeared to be clean enough, but it's just extremely outdated. The whole resort could use a major renovation, especially the waterpark if they want to keep bringing people in for weekend. The waterpark has gone downhill so badly, it's actually sad to see as it used to be such a great place to go many years ago.

This hotel used to be a destination but has gone downhill tremendously. The waterpark wasnt fully functional, the hot tub and bucket were under repair, but honestly they should just shut the whole place down for a complete renovation. You can see dust caked on the props and rust on the equipment. Garbages were overflowing, bandaids and gum on the floor. The rooms are dated but they were clean. Beds were alright. We tried the actual hotel hot tub since the water park one was closed. BIG mistake. Walking in the pool room I was immediately grossed out by the stained and missing ceiling tiles, the FILTHY pool and floors. The hot tub was basically a warm bath and there were about 2 working jets making crazy noises. If they renovate I might consider going back, but not until then.

We really enjoyed multiple eating options on the premises and many more options close by. We were placed in a ADA compliance room and for a couple that didn’t require those accommodations it made the stay a little less enjoyable. Had hard time finding low light switches and lack of counter space in the bathroom. Overall, though we have always enjoyed our stays at arrowwood, and will be back.
