Nice I like it

The staff is amazing. They even made a little goodie bag for my daughter (granted with Christmas gummies in February and other questionable dates but it was a kind gesture). But that's about where the amazing part ends. The hotel is under construction so we walked in to the lobby being tiled and the front desk in the dining room. Workers were there at all hours it seemed. I called 2 weeks ahead to make sure the pool was open, as that was all my daughter and her friends wanted to enjoy, and the man happily confirmed the pool was renovated and ready. Upon check in I was told the pool was shut back down. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were nasty according to the girls, pancake maker was out of order, and there was no meat or biscuits in the heaters. Ended up with small baggies of cereal and a bagel. Not exactly the full breakfast advertised. The location is convenient but skip this trip til the renovations are completed and the hotel has had a nice post-construction deep cleaning.

Had to stay because the weather was not great. The overall stay was good. I was very disappointed that the parking lot was not plowed at all in the time that I was there. Everyone else in the surrounding area was plowed, including the resturant that was next to the hotel.

Start with a queen bed which was rock hard. They switched us to a king bed which was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. We've stayed here several times and will certainly come back again.

Friendly staff. Remodeling going on but they did their best to keep it clean. Would’ve been nice if they offered beer and wine to purchase.

The pool was under construction, which was very disappointing to our family. Staff was unhelpful and not terribly friendly.

The pool was closed, which we didn’t know before our arrival, so our children were playing in the room. It was before 8pm and we had a staff member knock on our door saying there were people complaining we were too loud. They were literally coloring with crayons and playing charades before 8pm on a Saturday. We were disappointed that we constantly had to tell our children to whisper and sit down because of the complaint, when they were just trying to have an exciting stay in a hotel.

Gave a poor rating for the condition because of the fact of the construction going on. I booked this property for the pool area and with the construction taking place the pool was closed. I was never notified prior to my arrival of the construction and the pool area being closed. I was offered to use the pool at another facility in another town but, turned that option down. I would have not booked this property if I was notified in advance.

This hotel is located in a great area of shopping, restaurants, and bars. We stay here every time we are in town.

Although the hotel is being renovated, that’s no excuse for a dirty room, uncomfortable bed and very little water pressure (hardly enough to wash your hands.

Second time we have stayed at this location. Convenient and easy to get to. Will be returning to this location before end of month.

This property was dark, dingy, creepy, and disgusting. My room had stains on both comforters. The sink had a hairball in the drain. The curtains were half hanging off. I immediately left this hotel. Felt extremely uncomfortable and grossed out

Have stayed at this hotel a few times this year and its been great each time.
