Nice warm pool. Nice, clean rooms with large bathrooms. We were on the second floor, and the follr above was very noisy. Made a call to the front desk and the noise stopped. Staff were very accommodating making sure our family had rooms together.

Room was fine, the outside property looked like hammered poo. The carpet in the hallways is worn out and very wavy. Baseboards beat up. Just looks like the place needs some tlc. We like Hampton Inn’s but this one is a little beat up.

Shabby and in need of repairs. The a/c-heat was so loud and rattling that we couldn’t stand to have it on at night. Carpet in hallway was loose and bunched down middle.

Facility was ran down. Lawsiut waiting for wrinkled hall carpet. Should get that fixed. Everything felt dirty- stained furniture.

One of the most disappointing visit to a Hampton Hotel. The parking lot is dirty and do not have any yard work. The room have really old and damage furniture, curtains are broke and bent, sofa is worn and have cloth damage and mattress are really old and deformed. Really a bad experience I remember when the Hampton a were a good franchise level, not any more.

Right off the highway, clean, hot shower - Covered the bases for what I needed in the middle of a long road trip. This not related to the hotel itself, but keep in mind that restaurants in the area close at 9pm ... so if you want a decent meal after a long day of driving try to check in and be ready to go find food in Amarillo no later than 8pm!

I reserved an accessible room because I was traveling with my elderly mother, The room was beautiful with many amenities, but the bathroom was only large it did not have bars to assist with the area except one on the far wall of a jacuzzi tub that was not accessible. We were on the first floor and were awaken before 7:00 AM by someone mowing outside our window.

Like any other Hampton we stay at, it was clean, convenient. No complaints there. But the problem was at breakfast- hours served during the week 6AM- 9AM. We arrived at 8:25 and there were no eggs of any kind, my son had to scrape the bottom of the crock pot to get any oatmeal, and the waffle batter was so runny it overflowed the cup before you could stop it from coming out and the sausage was like warm. On top if that we heard the manager saying that he was going to charge patrons an extra $25 for keeping the luggage carts in their rooms. We have a membership through Hilton because we like staying at Hampton Innsand they offer the continental breakfast with your stay; and this is the first time we felt we needed to complain.

My daughter is disabled and we were looking forward to a walk in shower as shown on the pictures when we booked the hotel and that did not happen and also the lifts for the swimming pool. They were not working. I was very disappointed about that but the staff was very considerate about the situation!! I just wish it was more disabled proof!!!!!

Nice layout and reflects once good quality. But my third floor room had wrinkly carpet down the main hallway outside and dated and stained furniture inside.

The attitude of the staff, especially Nathan the Manager was far from what is expected at a service establishment. I would never stay there again. Definitely not a $200/night hotel.

The property was not up to standards. Room smelled very bad and beds are like worse than a motel 6. I paid over $300 for one nights stand and up until now have loved Hampton inns. I am a Diamond member but after this stay will question where I make my reservations at.
