The hotel is ideally located. The staff is very pleasant and breakfast is a good breakfast. Very good time of relaxation at the SPA, the place and the team are welcome. The only small bemol is that the room's bathroom was not quite clean and that for a hotel of this standing, some room's finishes were not the same as we can expect.

Although the room was not large and a little dated, it was well maintained, clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. We appreciated having an opening window. The members of staff were very helpful and polite. The grounds were well maintained and attractive. There are lots of places to eat nearby. Our only problem was finding the hotel - we entered the address into our Sat Nav but it took us all around the complex without finding the hotel. It is easy when you see it. Maybe a map with the hotel’s location would be useful on booking.

The room is very comfortable and clean and quiet. Very good littery. We loved the varied and fresh breakfast. The bar is a plus, warm and the cocktail map is impressive!

Decided to turn up as opposed to book prior to check it out. Very nice receptionist broken English but we made sense of each other with my broken French! We asked for the best room we could get and we were given room 32. Went up by lift to walk onto dark non lit hallway, lights did them come on. Opening door to room could see how tired rooms were just by scrape marks on paint and doors and general stale smell which alarm bells went on. Room exceedingly cold so went to turn on rad in bathroom to be met by long black hairs struck in the radiator, obviously not cleaned in weeks! Then to plug side lamps in and met by jam sticky fingers and dust not cleaned again for weeks! After this I did feel sick and that after asking politely for the best room we had the worst. I went to reception and we were given a better room, but still dirty and dusty. The white bed linen covered in black almost soot marks. The rear of TV a complete dust haven. Bar/restaurant would not serve us a drink as closed by 1 minute after us asking although many people still drinking inside. For the popular area with many tourists I’m surprised this hotel still exists with the standard it gives. Dirty outside should have told us not to even step inside. Marks out of 10. Zero.
